Cheap quality
Never buy it, They sent plastic adapter which thread is so soft and damaged with just 2 tries and they should give metal adaptors instead of cheap plastic low quality, now return window is over and I couldn't send back. The reason I delayed cuz I tried to find the metal adaptors in the market where I couldn't find it anywhere and few of them said many come for that and end up with nothing

🚫 Extremely Poor Quality – Installation Can DAMAGE Your Tap
This product is made of pathetic, substandard plastic. During normal installation, the ABS composite tap adapter BROKE and got stuck inside my tap. The material is so cheap and brittle that it cannot even handle basic hand-tight fitting. ⚠️ SERIOUS INSTALLATION RISK The adapter threads are very poor quality. While tightening, the threads started slipping and got damaged immediately, which may cause the adapter to crack. This is not user error – it is a manufacturing defect and cheap material issue. Now I am left with: - A damaged tap - A broken adapter stuck inside A bathroom fitting should NEVER break during installation. This is dangerous, irresponsible design and shows zero quality control from WaterScience. Selling such products on Amazon is unacceptable. I strongly warn buyers: DO NOT BUY unless you want to risk damaging your tap fittings. WaterScience should refund my money immediately. Absolute waste of money.

Crack - Think twice before
I bought two units, and they were working perfectly at first. However, after two months, I noticed the neck on one started to crack. It began as a small crack, but within a couple of days it extended and started leaking. Initially, I thought it might have been due to accidental damage, but now I see the same issue starting on the second filter as well. It’s quite disappointing, so I’ve removed both filters and gone back to the old setup.

Not worth the money. One time use only.
Bought two of these 5 months back. Hard water staining starts within 4months and we are just two people living. One also got break during the changing of cartridge which is now useless. So these abs/plastic are just for one time use only. Better to buy that is made completely of metal.

Poor Product quality
Product material quality is very low grade Plastic material is very low quality. Within few days of usage the product it self dropped while hanging from tap . The product quality doesnot only includes the filtration process but the product material quality also .

Waste of money. Don't buy this Because jab mene liya tab ye kuchh din thik se chala fir pani ka flow bohut slow ho gaya or fir leakage shuru ho gai joint se fir mene ek din dhiyan se dekha chudi wali jaga se ye break ho chuka tha or ab ye mere kisi kaam ka nahi raha.. Meri mehnat ke paise kharab ho gaye abhi to 6 months bhi nahi hue they mene logo ke review dekh kar ye order kia tha but pata nahi tha itni bakwas item niklegi

Poor design
The water softner is working but we could see the physical cracking post installation aswell and there is no support from water science and I think its a design issue the plastic part is cracking it's due to poor quality

Very poor build quality - it broke in 3 months. I don't recommend it. Buy a full metal body version if available.
