This is a good quality milk thistle and does miracles for the liver. Has no side affects.

Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. The blend of milk thistle and dandelion feels like a good daily support option. Too early to judge long‑term effects, but so far it’s been a smooth addition to my routine.

Got my annual blood work last summer. My ALT level skyrocketed. AST was fine/within the normal range but ALT was at 76 then 69 (after Dr. retested 2 days later). Normal range for my age goes up to ~44. Last 2-3 years my ALT was def. trending higher (~42) but technically still in the normal range. Dr. thought it was maybe gallstones or something like it. Nope. Got an Ultrasound. All clear. A friend highly recommended Milk Thistle. Started taking it in early August 2025. Followed up w/ blood work in early Jan. 2026. ALT went down to 50 (-19 points). Still elevated but def. *trending the right way. Blood sugar level did go down too (90 vs 99 last time). But the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is ALT isn't back into the normal range yet. Gonna test again likely in 4-5 months. If ALT goes back into the normal range I'll promptly update this review to 5 stars. No side effects at all, seems like a quality product, size of capsules are easy to swallow every morning, no effect on sleep quality.

I haven't been taking Milk Thisle very long but based on the reviews I decided to try it as I want a healthy liver. I've been dieting for quite a while and found that I was not being very successful. Since I started with the Milk Thistle my weight is dropping quickly. I will continue to take this excellent product for both my weight control and a healthy liver. I never thought my liver was not healthy. Now i know better. Thank you for an excellent product! I take this every morning with my coffee. This is an excellent product!! UPDATE: I've been taking the Milk Thistle for a while now and I am completely impressed with the results. I'm so impressed that I decided to sign up for subscribe and save. I did a lot of research before purchasing these. I was feeling fatigued, loss of energy, couldn’t sleep well at night and overall didn’t feel normal. Very happy I found these so far I am very impressed. I have been taking them for about a week and a half and can already feel a huge difference.
