These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased on-line. They fit like they were custom made for me, are extremely comfortable, and really look god. If I need another pair of shoes in a different color, these will be the first ones I look at. For the price, these are the find of a lifetime.

I originally bought a different pair of shoes from this seller, but unfortunately, they ran extremely small and were tight around the arch. On top of that, the material looked very obviously plastic, even from a distance. I requested a refund, and to the seller’s credit, they processed it immediately. What really impressed me was their customer service – they reached out and asked if there was anything they could do to make things right, and even offered to send me a free pair from their collection. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but since it was free, I figured worst case, I’d donate them to charity. To my surprise, the pair they sent (which I’m reviewing now) were beautifully packaged, came in a nice shoe box, and most importantly – they were so comfortable and stylish! I ended up liking them so much that I bought another pair to keep in Italy, so I always have a pair whether I’m there or here. Not only do I recommend these shoes, but I also want to highlight the exceptional customer service. They really went above and beyond to turn a disappointing experience into a great one.

Exactly the type of loafer shoe I was looking for! Fits true to my shoe size 9. I wore these to the office with socks and it seemed more like a boot. I like how it looks and the height. I should mention it snowed the first day I wore these and they had excellent grip! My feet have arch problems and I had no issue or pain after wearing these the whole day.🙂👍🏻 These shoes are really nice and my feet are happy! I would recommend them.

First time buying shoes online. I have resisted because I have a narrow foot and heel. However, these shoes fit perfectly!! And very, very comfortable. I wanted something with a bit of a heel to wear with pants, to save me from hemming them. Plus these shoes are very very stable. Very happy with this purchase. I bought my normal size 9. Would recommend 👌

It is a nice and sturdy shoe. I bought these as a medical assistant, who did not want to pay the dansko price and was looking for something similar with a bit of a heel. My only con with them is that there is no padding in them at all. And if you have arch issues, there is absolutely no support in these. I would recommend sizing up if you want to add any cushion or arch support pads. The shoes fit perfect to size, but I was unable to add any support as it made the shoes way too tight.
