ok so my doctor literally said ‘you have fatty liver’ and i panicked in the office. im 46, not overweight, exercise sometimes, and apparently my liver is just… fatty. which sounds worse than it is i guess but also sounds terrifying. he said diet and supplements might help before we talk about meds. so i started this dual cleanse thing. honestly i was expecting nothing but after like 2 weeks i noticed my upper right side (where my liver is) felt less… heavy? like theres been this dull ache for months that i didnt even realize was there until it started going away. my energy improved too which my doctor said makes sense if my liver isnt struggling as much. took it for 6 weeks and got my blood work redone and my liver enzymes actually DROPPED. doctor was like ‘okay keep doing what youre doing.’ im actually optimistic now instead of just scared. would definitely recommend
