Great, lightweight pan with no sticking. Easy to clean. The non-stick finish is in the pan and doesn't seem like it will wear off.

Good quality pan. Non stick works very good. New handle is more comfortable to use.

I've had the 10inch pan for about 18 months of use, averaging about 1.5 uses a week. I don't use metal utensils, never high heat (have stainless steel for that), but I do use the dishwasher on all pans. Ultimately, going to try some other cheap pans because of the warping, but this was worth the small cost and I'll ask use it for things I don't need even heat throughout. Pros: Cheap Lightweight "Dishwasher safe" Good handle, never hot or hard to handle Cons: The pan is warped so the heat is no longer consistent throughout the pan. The non stick is going a little bit, but still easy to clean. When I do decide to retire the pan because of warping, it becomes landfill.

I purchased this Gotham Steel 10 inch frying pan to update my old Teflon skillet. It’s great! No special utensils to protect the ceramic surface. It’s good for high heat in the oven. My 10 inch lid fits perfectly! Light weight in spite of the steel construction. I’m very happy I bought this frying pan and have come into 2026!!

This is an updated review as of May 6th. I now really dislike this pan and will not use it anymore. I never received an answer from the company about whether it could be used with the small scratch in the middle but I used it anyway hoping it would be ok. It has also lost its non stick ability. I only used it for eggs, or sauteing veges and fish but with each use it became less non stick. I use a small amout of olive oil even though it was supposed to be non stick, but that doesn't even help now. I browned the fish last night and it was so hard to get the browned portion off of the pan I had to use my fingernail to scrape it off. I usually use a scrub daddy which works for non stick surfaces. Previous review: I loved this pan when I first started using it. I mostly use wood utensils, but I did use a stanless steel spatula when I had to turn some fish I sauted. I don't know how that could have scratched the pan but I now have a scratch in the middle of the pan on the bottom and I don't know if I should continue to use it. The info about the pan says scratch resistant, but it's not!

This was a great frying pan initially. It was only ever used with silicone utensils, but it scratched fairly severely after a meal that burnt on, and it is no longer nonstick.
