When I first opened the package, I could not find the Part A of the dish dryer. I wrote the company. They wrote back immediately and were very kind, professional, and willing to resolve the problem. I did take the dish dryer over to a neighbor's to see if they could see what i was missing. Part A was already attached and folded into the rack. DUH!!!🤣🤦🤣

We do not have a dishwasher so I was looking for an interesting dish drain. This one is cute and black bamboo. Delivery was fast. Dish drain is as described. Great price . Folds up for storage and has matt for drying.

Our old, basic bamboo drying rack finally broke. This is a major upgrade. It was easy to put together; just 2 screws to attach one part. The wood is smooth and nicely finished. The utensil holder is so handy. The lower platform is good for odd shapes. It does make it a little more complicated to fold up. When folded correctly, it fits in the same spot in our small kitchen. The drying mat works great; this is the first time I’ve used one. Good value.

I really love this bamboo dish rack — it looks beautiful on the counter, holds a lot, and the utensil holder and drying mat make it super functional. The collapsible design is convenient, and it’s easy to clean. Unfortunately, after some regular use, it’s started to come apart a bit, which is disappointing because the concept and style are great. Still, it’s a nice-looking and practical piece — just wish it held up a little better over time.

Sturdy and looks nice

A MUST BUY! I have to admit I was a little scared to see how it actually looked in person but I was definitely proven wrong cause I am IN LOVE! Exactly what I was looking and it’s the perfect size! It’s easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to read. It’s so much better then my plastic black one I use to have, the wood is beautiful, it’s aesthetically pleasing in my kitchen and I had no problems with drainage. Don’t second guess it and buy it !

This drying rack is strong and accommodate lots of dishes but not over whelming in size. Pleasant to the eye. Love it😃

Cute and loved that it folded, but like others after 2 months of use it is now moldy. Edit: the seller had reached out to me to ask about the issue, since I had already purchased a replacement I was offered a refund. Added stars for their customer service.

At first, we were very happy with this item. Assembly was easy, looks great and the capacity was appropriate, especially considering the flat part. However, after just over one month of use, there is mildew that has started to build up in the bottom part. Before first use I had treated the underside and the whole rack using mineral oil, as recommended, to avoid mold. However, this did not suffice. We always keep the bottom dry and changed the drying mat often. This is very disappointing and I was lot able to find a way to contact seller for support.

Nice coloured wood finish but rubs off easily and the bamboo is thin and splintering. A bit smaller than was expecting, but looks okay and does it’s job. I conditioned it with wood oil. The mat has an overly strong odour so did not use it.
