The size is perfect.And my son loves to chase the crab around the house. The battery life is super decent, and it is beyond fun for kids. At first, my son was really timid about the crab, but now chases it all over my floor. The crab has sensors for it.Do not run into things from time to time.The sensors do not work and it likes to run into them, but just goes the other way, which is fine. The movement of the crab is just back and forth, and it seems you can turn the music on and off if you would like. My one year old loves to grab the crab while it's crawling around.I like the fact that if he grabs the crab and grabs one of the crab's legs, the motor just stops moving instead of grinding or braking. So easy to use and i would say that the durability is beyond amazing.As like I said, my child can just hold it, put it back down and it just begins to go again.

I hate this thing. It is annoying as hell. HOWEVER, it got our baby crawling, and our crawling baby walking, and our walking baby toddling. He absolutely loves these thing. He also has quite the arm on him and likes to throw them when he's excited so we have bought six. We. Have. Bought. Six. He absolutely loves these things.

My baby could watch the crazy crab for hours! Yes the sound gets annoying but you can turn it off, and you can also slow down the speed of the crab for when they are younger so they aren’t having to whip their neck around so much. I feel like this is great for my little from 2.5 mo, and will still be great at 6+ months and possibly will be a fun toy to chase once crawling starts. However for tummy time now, it’s a winner. My biggest peeve with it is how crazy it is and I’m not a fan of chasing it around the house (as you can see we corralled it for this video). But just get a hula hoop to help with that as well. The lights, movement, and colors catch my baby’s attention and keep her engaged; literally has stopped tears in their tracks many times!!

It stopped working because it won't hold a charge & it was only used a few times. My grandson loved it so I reached out to the company and never heard back from them. Very disappointed!
