Costly but do the job! worth the investment
I like these Fiber gummies... They taste pretty good and are easy to chew and swallow. i like the addition of the vitamins. These include Vitamin B12 C and D I wish they added a higher dose of Vitamin C (its only 90mg ) so I could eliminate my extra High Dose Vitamin C gummy. They do make me regular which is the GOAL! On the down side the price is very high. Also I hate the way that the gummies all stick together in the bottle. Its not the easier to get your fingers in to get them un stuck. Banging on the counter is not the easiest either. Over despite the price , the value is there so I do give it a thumbs up!

I really like these Metamucil Fiber Gummies. The citrus berry flavor tastes good and they are easy to take every day. I like that they have no sugar added and include vitamins C, D, and B12 along with plant-based prebiotic fiber. They are much easier for me than mixing a fiber powder, and the gummy form makes it simple to stay consistent. They are soft, not too sweet, and do not have a strong aftertaste. Tastes good, a bit sweet however. Works.
This works for me. Oh, it’s not organic or anything, but that said, I DO GO after taking a few of these. Wouldn’t call it a health food..psyllium in water probably better to just drink with a tall glass of water. I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER! Dag nabbit.

Taste so good
They start to work after continued use. I did have bloating at first but that is expected when starting out. They did end up helping me be regular. And they taste so good honestly I would look forward to them every day haha.

Works well! Easy to take & tastes good.
It works well!… and a much easier way to take Metamucil. I started on Mounjaro (for insulin resistance) a few months ago. My doctor advised to take something to prevent constipation… the gummies are much easier than the powder (i can’t stomach the texture) and so far work very well. I end up taking 4-5 per day… and have to remember to drink a lot of water! 💦 Bonus is that they taste good and include other important vitamins as well. 👍
