Good item. I've been using it for less than a week, so far everything is working fine. Good heating and container size. But in my opinion, you should use a wooden or plastic cutlery. I use it in the truck. It's convenient when you can eat hot food. The price is affordable.

I bought this for my husband and he told me the food was nice and hot when heated. Very convenient for him as he does a lot of driving around. The lunchbox is very sturdy and the capacity in which to hold food is big. It is easy to clean all you do is take out the stainless steel tray. I like the fact that it can be used in car and office. It comes with a very nice insulated bag of high quality. My only concern is the clip lock on the lunchbox is very hard, it might break if used a lot. But other than that I would really recommend this!

Amazing product: quick heating (speed of heating up food) and very beautiful too.

It takes 45+ min to heat up a portion of rice. The quality is very poor. I barely used the item as most of the time I had sandwiches with me for the shift. Last week the charging pin inside the lunch box becomes loose and now the charger isn’t working. It’s a cheap quality and if you are a regular user buy a better product.

As a remote engineer this lunchbox is fantastic, for the last few years I’ve had a microwave in my van but microwaved food isn’t always the best, using this to reheat food from the night before is brilliant.Pizza and pasties stay crispy and don’t go soggy, same with chips,It does get quite hot as stuff will burn to the bottom so make sure you stir, foods like soup bubble away nicely.It does take a bit too heat up but plug it in and leave it running, it’s as easy as thatBeing able too remove the metal plan makes it easy too clean aswell as it being dishwasher safe, note that the heated part of the lunchbox isn’t microwave safe though!Quite big so you can get a fair bit of food in itAll in all 10/10!

Hubby a lorry driver and works evenings, so usually eating breakfast when we are due to eat dinner, so pack up dinner in this little beauty and he manages to have a hot meal everytime. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money, quality and functions as it should.

I actually sent the 1st one back because the power light only lights up half and the same happens with the heating area. Despite that it does heat the food to a decent temperature. Mine is used for 25 days per month for 2 meals, it only lasted less than 4 months...

My mother asked me to buy this for her to use at work so she can have hot meals. Excellent product.

Don’t ordered it, upon first used lunch box caught on fire. No help from Amazon on returning it or finding a solution.

My disabled client loves this lunchbox. I can leave her dinner and it stays warm until she ready to eat.
