I have one of these in my home and had to buy one for my mom as well. It’s nice to put all the pictures you love but are too lazy to print lol. The app is quick to set up and the photos are easy to upload. Even has a calendar feature now.

I gave this to my Mom for her birthday just 4 months ago so we could send her pics of her 1st great grandchild. It went dead and she has begged me to come try and fix it as she got use to seeing and hearing him everyday. I unplugged like you should. I reset but it would never take. Very disappointing UPDATE: contacted seller and they are making it good and replacing. This is not only one I’ve purchased. Gave several for Christmas gifts and so far my Moms is the only one that went dead. We have enjoyed sharing pics as a family on this frame. UPDATE: seller was great. Responded quickly. A replacement is on the way.

Bought this as a gift for my 70 year-old grandma and she loves it. It’s a great way to display memories and I was very impressed with the quality . The screen is big and bright and makes your photos look very crisp and vibrant not blurry or dull like some other frames. The controls are easy and uploading is very simple. It’s high-quality user-friendly and a great way to keep precious memories on display!

Hate to do this to this company. But my review is not a good one. We've had other frames in the past. And they were wonderful. Mainly because we could hook up with Bluetooth and just download the pictures. This company started out with a good idea. And they just kept on adding. To the point to where it is obvious that they had forgotten what they were doing. Instead of making a way to easily display pictures on your desk or next to your bed. For an older person and their memories. Or anyone. They turned it into an event. The system is not intuitive. And everything is buried in code to be able to do anything. The system wants you do get into it and start trying to download pictures is very cumbersome. When I was building homes we had the kiss method. Which stands for keep it simple stupid. I don't know what method they were using. But they just lost their way. If you want an overly complex system. One that will tell you the weather and the time. I don't know why you would because we all have cell phones nowadays and our noses are glued to those. But let's say if you did. Then you wanted to be able to interact with a complex menu. That will lead you down many rabbit holes. Then I would say yes this is the product for you. If you're looking for a product that you can easily put pictures on to it. One in which you don't have to go back to school and get an engineering degree. Then this is perhaps not the product for you. Good luck to all of you.

Amendment to this review: company responded to this review and offered refund. In the meantime I had found customer service and were being helpful. My mother’s and mother in laws frames continue to work. Got for Christmas and already not working. Came down one morning and screen was white. Reset but no change. Can’t find any place on their website to get customer service or return it since it’s still within warranty.

Pros: beautiful display, very useful touchscreen Cons: it does not matter that the display is beautiful if it refuses to restart after moving it to a different room. And yes, I turned it off properly by pressing the off button and unplugging it after it turned black. I have actually done this done this more than once, moving it to a different area to continue loading it. Each time I had a long struggle to get it to restart. I bought this just over a month ago as a birthday gift for a close relative. I finally finished loading it with lots of old family photos. The birthday is tomorrow. I plugged it in to watch the results of all my hard work and it absolutely refuses to restart this time. I am past the 30 day return window. This product has been a total waste of money and effort, and what do I do for a birthday present now? I guess it is obvious how furious I am. Do not buy this frame. If Arzopa has a fix for this I will gladly retract my complaint. UPDATE: The seller allowed me to return the frame to them and replaced it with a new one. This new frame works perfectly and I am very pleased with both the frame and the prompt response to my problems!

I was concern with some of the review but chose this frame because I like the white boarder on the frame. Arrived next day with Prime. It literally took 3 minutes to set up including downloading the Frameo app. The process was so easy. The frame OS & touchscreen responsiveness are fast. Screen brightness and clarity is fantastic. The function is simple and on point. It display pcitures/videos, time, weather, and caption. Everything can be turned on/off under settings. What else could you ask for. The Frameo app just works and uploading photo using the Frameo app is a dodo. Great product for a great price. This can be a fantastic gift for someone too.
