Zipper broke on first use
Interior zipper broke the first time I used it on a trip. Such a bummer because it’s so cute and I rarely leave reviews but this zipper situation needs attention from the manufacturer.

Stylish and sturdy!
Durable and good value for the money. Luggage can get expensive and I thought this was a good price for what I needed and so far it’s been perfect. It is a bit of an odd size, it’s square vs the traditional rectangle shape of luggage, but it still fits in the overhead bin on the plane. I have used it now several times and it has held up well. I have also yanked at the zippers a few times and nothing has broken. It rolls very easily making it easy to maneuver. I can also fit quite a lot inside, I have used it for weekend and week long trips in which I packed multiple pairs of pants, jeans and jackets. It’s also visually very cute which is what original drew me to it. I get SO many compliments on it every time I use it. It also fits nicely on my closet shelf when not in use. Would recommend!

Absolutely perfect luggage
I absolutely love everything about this luggage. It’s beautiful and so well made. Every part of it looks high quality and durable. I got the set with the 24” and 28” suitcases, both came with protectors. I cannot wait to use this luggage on my next trip.

Very nice looking and functional
Love this suitcase - it’s very large and roomy and just looks beautiful The only thing I would change is the protection cover - it’s quite cheap looking but I’ll know how it stands up to travel this week Otherwise highly recommend
