Smart pillbox that fits easily in the pocket.
I use this to carry various medication with me daily. It fits reasonably discretely in the pocket and doesn't open without firm pressure on the button.The inside is a white plastic tray divided into three wedges that can each fit 2 or 3 pills. Despite daily use it is wearing well without chips or dents.
