Pine Mountain 4152501384 American Home by Yankee Candle Fragrance Firelog, 3-Hour Burn Time, Scented, 4 Logs

I bought these cos they were the best value for the money. The scent didn't factor into my purchase. When they were burning I kind of noticed the scent, but I don't have a good sense of smell. They had a string odor in the box that was pine-y and pleasant. My friend said at first he liked it, but then he was kinda over it. We did sit around outside the firepit getting drunk for like 6 hours and he is a pretty negative nelly, so I wouldn't take his opinion too seriously. some people just gotta hate, right?

Totally worth it! I have never seen these in my local stores- maybe they sell out too fast. 1st- the smell is amazing!! I can't wait to have these around Xmas time. 2nd -they light and catch full fire than any pressed log I have used. It maintains flame over the entire log! presto logs just seem to cath fire on one end and create one or 2 high points- this creates flames all over the log- thus creating total ambience. It is seriously pretty as a picture!!

These smell faintly of pine. I expected a little more smell. The price was reasonable and the logs burned well with minimal smoke.

I love these logs for my fireplace inside of the home. It is so easy to use with just a simple light, this log will burn for around 2 to 3 hours. Compared to other companies like Duraflame the burn is a little bit shorter. The smell does not Work. I purchased this because I wanted my home to smell like Christmas trees but there was no smell whatsoever as soon as I lit the log up. The quality of the log however is pretty good. It is a little bit on the pricier side with a shorter burn and little to no smell though so I would probably opt for a different log though.

The pine smell doesn’t continue when you burn the log. The smell is wonderful coming out of the box but doesn’t give off a fragrance when burning. Adequate for a fire in Florida.

I love how easy these are to light! I normally hate starting fires in our fireplace because it has to constantly be poked to keep it going but with just one of these logs a good strong fire kept burning at least 4 hours on its own. I was amazed! All I had to do was add 1 log & light it with more wood my husband cut. While they sit to the side of the fireplace they make the house smell great too!

They burn beautifully. I stack them on my hearth for the fragrance. I wish they released scent as they burn like the candles do. I think I’ll stick with the YC balsam candle and buy the (cheaper) Pine Mountain logs. You get the quality of the PM logs and the YC fragrance.

If these were a little less expensive or on sale I'd buy them. They ARE good logs and keep a good smell where they are stored. I don't know WHY people think they should put out a Pine smell while they actually burn? I mean, it might be cool if they did ....but they don't even advertise that they do that. They only put out the Pine scent where you store them.

Estaba muy feliz de recibir esos leños para año nuevo, pero tuvimos que ponerle ramas secas para que prendiera. Pasamos una hora tratando de encenderlos, al parecer ya estaban muy viejos y húmedos de ahí que no prendieron como otros que ya conocíamos.
