It's a great supplement to prevent joint problems

Helped with my hands!
I had taken 365 Brand Glucosamine with Chondroitin and MSM for years because I was an older runner. It did protect my knees. But lately, my hands started to feel stiff. I do a lot of typing, so perhaps it was time to start thinking about the joints in my hands. I have tried other brands, but I found this brand worked the best for me. When it was time for me to re-order more glucosamine, I ordered the extra strength version because the price was good. My hands feel much better, and I am very pleased. These are much larger and are solid pills - not capsules. So while I have no problem swallowing them, I can see where other people might. However, given how they are so effective, it would be worth the effort to crush them to make them easier to take.

Less sodium than the famous brand but these are HUGE.
Works and less sodium tHAN THE FAMOUS brand but man these are big. If you have trouble swallowing these are not for you.

This for extra strength glucosamine
The picture on this item is not correct! This is for extra strength glucosamine verses regular strength. I am hoping by me writing a review they fix the picture to the words/description they use which are correct. By the way I love these extra strength 365 glucosamine pills. They are big, but they work wonders and are awesome for arthritis or any knee injury you may have had.

This has better ingredients than Bio-Flex and more for the money! My joints LOVE me taking this daily!

Knee pain greatly reduced.
If I could just remember to take my supplements every day I'm sure these would eradicate my knee pain completely. A lot of reviewers complain about the size of the pills. I've taken bigger. I take between 4 and 5 other pills along with two of these together every day usually with a smoothie, but sometimes with just water. Yes they're big, but settle down people, they're not that big.

TOO BIG & TOO ABSORBENT TO SWALLOW!!
I have taken pills of all kinds for seven decades and never had a problem swallowing large ones. These are both too BIG and too ABSORBENT for me to swallow. They stick to the lining of my throat like glue, and I have to cough violently to dislodge them and bring them back up. I tried cutting one pill into 4 sections. Because the pieces are so absorbent and have rough edges, they, too, stick to the lining of my throat and must be coughed back up with force. I AM TOTALLY UNABLE TO GET EVEN THE PIECES OF ONE OF THESE PILLS DOWN MY THROAT! I've taken glucosamine chondroitin pills from other manufacturers for years and never had a problem, but these just don't want to go down my throat...
