Lovely every day exfoliant. Very gentle for everyday use. My skin is on the dry side and this gets rid of flaky skin that ate noticeable when I put my foundation on. Definitely worth the price.

I have used this product years ago and never found a true replacement and it never fails to make my skin feel clean and soft. The only down side for me is the slight smell it has when applying but it does not remain once washed off. It can be messy due to the colour but the result far outway the cons. The price is on the higher side but a little goes a long way

The product comes in the form of a very fine charcoal looking powder. It looks pretty scary when you apply, like a grey ghost and it was quite hard to remove, stuck to the skin quite stubbornly. You need to mix it with water and rub in between your hands to a paste. I found it a little hard to get the consistency just right, not enough water and it’s sticky, dry and hard to rub around the skin and too wet, it just runs through your finger and dribbled down the face. Having said all that, after a bit of experimenting, the results of the exfoliated left my skin very smooth, soft and glowing. After a few uses I really feel a bit difference in the texture of my skin and it has reduced my pores too which is a great result.

I have tested many on here, and on the market. Rice is an excellent superficial exfoliant delivery exact intensity that is safe on the face and will not promote breakouts. The age smart blend is my preferred option but they are all good.

Took me a while to work out how to apply this, which is the reason for the 3 stars. After use, my skin does feel smooth and clean. However, I can't get along with the faff of applying it - I pool a little water in my hand, and pour some powder into it, until it's like a paste. If the dispensing ( and application)of this product could be changed, I'd be there, but probably won't order again.

This is a really good face scrub. The tub is small, but lasts for a while. It looks like a fine powder but it really does the job. Don't have to use a lot, but need to massage it gently until the particles soften, dissolve and become foamy. It might feel very gentle but it's really efficient. I love how skin feels after using it.
