This isn't a large ultrasonic cleaner, and it only has one frequency. However, for what it is and what it costs, it's a really good value. For size, it really is only as large as a pair of eyeglasses can fit folded. That's probably plenty for most people and most pieces of jewelry. I have a stainless steel bracelet I wear all the time (never take it off). It was pretty yucky in some of the nooks and crannies. Two 3-minute cycles, and there's some huge improvement! One or two more cycles and it'll probably look like new. It's easy to dump out the cleaning liquid and wipe out to clean, which I think is another plus. Overall, this is a good value. It works as intended.

Use it to clean my glasses

Worked well for a couple of times. Less than a month after I received it, it will not turn on. Update: Changing my review. I realized there must have been moisture where it shouldn’t have been. After letting the unit sit for a couple of hours it started working again.

I was amazed at how much dirt came off my glasses. Very easy to use. And cleaned your glasses very well. Even bought one for a friend of mine for birthday present.

When I thought about this purchase, I wondered if it could be any better than my usual way of cleaning jewelry.. vinegar and a soft toothbrush.. I also use vinegar to get the tarnish off of gold, works like a champ. But for some reason, I thought this ultrasonic cleaning method might be better.. and I was right. Another reviewer mentioned for some items, put in a drop of Dawn liquid to the water. So glad that was mentioned as I had use of that today. I cleaned a piece I had inherited and my usual vinegar & brush solution didn't quite do the job. Put it in this ultrasonic cleaner, it still wasn't quite right although everything else I put in was absolutely sparkling. Tried again with a drop of Dawn (the best for removing grease of any dish soap I've ever tried) and voila! The piece came out.. sparkling!!, likely for the first time in in its long life. I like jewelry to be clean and this cleaner.. better than my vinegar & brush method by far. I was surprised and very, very pleased. So glad I bought it.

Small, compact, attractive, cleans very well. Pretty noisy when running.

I didn’t realize when I first opened the box that the casing on the cleaner had been cracked in 4 places. I had it unused on my bathroom counter for several weeks… went to use it the 1st time to Discover the breaks in the plastic housing. I was very disappointed. I would really appreciate an exchange for an undamaged cleaner. SJ

I 've use this to clean gold diamond rings, sterling silver and eyeglasses. It worked very well on the gold and the eye glasses but not so great on the sterling. I put a squirt of dawn dish soap and ran the cycle a few times for the gold and eyeglasses. The sterling I ran the cycle quite a few times and though it took some of the tarnish off, it was not a huge success, as I had hoped. I loved it enough though that I bought my sister one too. I have to say my eyeglasses have never been so clean.

This may be a great product, but not reported on the customer page on Amazon.co.uk is that the item only functions on 110V and comes with only a US plug. So useless where purchased. Two stars because they made it really easy to return.
