How much to useFlavours are 'super concentrated' so only a few drops are usually needed. As a guide measure start with a dose rate of approx. 0.15%. For example 1 kg of product = 1.5 grams (20 drops) & 100 g of product = 0.15 grams (2 drops) . Increase or decrease according to taste.Some flavours have a 'Do not exceed' maximum dose rate which is listed above if applicableNaturalFlavours have no added sugars or sweeteners, they are not syrups but are manufacturing grade professional flavours. If you are adding flavours to food/drinks that are not already sweetened (eg. dairy, yoghurt or drinks) you may need to add a sweetener.How to useIt is recommended that the flavouring is added to a wet ingredient (eg Milk or Water), if possible, to help it spread throughout the food product.When Baking or Cooking you will need to use more flavour - It is recommended you make trial batches of your products with various amounts of flavour to see what dose suits your particular processing.PrecautionsAs an approximate guide flavours are at least 10 times stronger than most off the shelf flavours.
