I will usually take with my preworkout before a weekend carb up. Definitely stronger pumps and muscle fullness. No post carb crash either which I will sometimes experience a few hours post workout meal. I will reorder.

I have used Primalog and other similar products to help carb cycle/load as well as try to minimize the effects of a cheat meal. There is some decent science behind the ingredients and I continue to buy this product.

Easily the best glucose disposal agent on the market. Definitely helped me stay on track over the holidays and seriously helps shuttle the carbs into the muscle before workouts
