Works great. Removed all stains and left a very clean appearance on our lobby furniture. Easy to use. Light weight even filled with the water. The stem feature was amazing. I highly recommend this small unit over renting a large capacity cleaner. Worth the money and time saved.

Nice slick little cleaner for pet owners and everyone else who has a lot of spots and stains on their carpets from life happening. The tanks are of adequate size to hold plenty of cleaning solution and dirty fluids as one cleans the rugs. It leaves the carpets significantly less wet than I imagined it might, which is a great bonus for me. The cleaner allows one to clean just bad spots and larger areas as well, and it is designed with efficiency in mind for the operators. The only think I have had to add to the operation is to cut a 3/4" piece of plywood and smooth out the edges so I can move it along under the cleaner so the machine can get rid of all the hot air that is generated under the cleaner and seems to not allow it to operate as cool as I think it should. It runs cooler and therefore it should last longer with the board under it during operations. This might be part of some kind of planned obsolescence or maybe a very slight design flaw, but the cleaner operates just fine without the board under it, but I like the board-aided operation better. The cost of the cleaner is a little steep, but after seeing the good results, it is acceptable.

Bought for van interior cleaning. Love the steam which can take off most of the stains. The vacuum is powerful. And compact design made it easier to move around inside the car. Definitely recommend for any car interior cleaning.

The steam comes out intermittently, out of a small area and is not very hot. The water shoots out in a narrow pattern, much more narrow than the suction head. The suction is fair, not very good. The tanks are very easy to fill and empty. Overall the Bissel gets the job done but slowly. I was going to give 3 stars because of the performance of this machine but I gave it 4 stars because it's a relatively cheap machine and I can't expect it to perform much better for what it costs.

I used this in my truck...which was very needed. It worked great. I did have to repeatedly use it because of how bad the floor board in my truck was, but it did the job very well even so. It is sturdy and the steam option helps so much. The water container makes it seem like it wont last long but I was surprised even using the spray and steam option, it lasted pretty long. The dirty water container is awesome. It comes apart easily to clean it which is so nice....I wish my big bissell cleaner did that so I can clean that tank better. The design on this is great and very useful

Do not waste your money. I really wanted to like this machine, but like most Bissel products I've owned, I'm extremely disappointed. With this one I have learned my lesson and will not buy another Bissell product. They claim it is a steam machine; this is a stretch. It produces a hot steam like substance, but it is not the temperature of actual steam. And the machine does not produce steam with just water. Their cleaning liquid MUST be used for it to lower the boiling point of the water to a temperature for it to produce this "steam". As it uses a lot of the liquid mixture to clean and I was looking to steam clean a few really dirty tiles, I thought I would do without the cleaning fluid. All it did was spray water, no steam. So I added the fluid.... steam. Maybe you want to pay the Bissell tax on their cleaning fluid to produce steam, but this is not what I wanted. The attachments are a cheap plastic and the spray button is not an easy pull. If you're using this for more than a few minutes, good luck. It also cannot sustain a "steam" for very long, but I dont think its designed to. Instructions are spray a spot, use the scrubber/vaccuum. Repeat. Dont expect to be able to spray a 12" tile to completion with just steam without it petering out. In fairness, if you dont mind paying the steam tax, and you're using this on apholstery or carpets, it does okay. But expecting it to be able to steam clean tile....nope.

Muy buena, dejo las vestiduras de mi auto impecables, tiene muy buena succión, ya habia tenido el modelo anterior y esta tiene mayor potencia, se secan mucho mas rapido los muebles porque tiene mayor succión, no especifican bien pero este modelo solo viene con 2 cepillos, el de 5 pulgadas y el pequeño, lo bueno es que hay repuestos de todo para esta máquina y otros accesorios aqui mismo en amazon, de todos los modos que trae para mi el mejor es el que combina agua con vapor, el vapor si sale caliente, yo no tuve problemas con fugas de agua ni nada parecido, espero que sea duradera como los modelos anteriores, aun que al dar 3 años de garantía, quiere decir que lo sera.

El producto es bueno sin embargo la succión no es la mejor, el tamaño es funcional para poderlo guardar. Reponer el limpiador es caro pero si funciona, intente quitar una mancha de yogurt de algunos meses y no la removió, tuve que usar otros productos adicionales para removerla, el vapor no es el más efectivo. Para ser un producto que contiene todo es cumplidor. Pero puedes armar por el mismo precio dos productos por aparte que cumplan mejor la función de vapor y la función solo de hidroaspiradora.

El equipo cumple muy bien su funcion!! La combinacion con vapor la hace una diferencia grande.
