A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side. That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars. I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)! I have yet to see results yet it seems to be effective to cover up my protein daily needs.
