Seat and Spring Replacement (Set of 2)

Installed then in 7 minutes after watching YouTube video on how to disassemble the faucet. I have nothing but good recommendations for this product. I'd recommend to a friend.

Arrived in a small ziploc bag - no clue if this is a Delta product of cheap knock-off.

My faucet was leaking and with this product I was able to quickly fix the leak myself and saved myself a lot of money. The similar parts I had purchased at Home Depot were cheaper but didn't work at all.

I installed the new style seats and springs on both faucets. The dripping stopped. Received the parts quickly with no problems.

These appear fine, fit well, and are easy to install. I used one of the two seal and spring sets for the hot water side only, since the cold water side was still OK. Installation went smoothly and the faucet initially worked without drips. However, about a week later, it started to drip again. Figuring it was just a fluke failure, I installed the second set, noticing that the seal on the fist set I had installed appeared to have a slight nick in it now. After the second set had been installed for about a week, the same exact thing happened - the drips started again. I then replaced a third time with a seal and spring a friend had picked up at a home store, and the faucet has been working fine ever since. Since the only variable was the seals themselves, my only conclusion can be that there is something substandard about these particular seals, at least for the hot water side.

These fit our Delta faucet perfectly. Since we are very rural, it save us many trips to town.
