I finally got a light pink (though STILL not the bubblegum pink I want), but it is still a little “lavender.” It’s also so metallic it almost looks silver in some lights. I have auburn hair.

This has officially become a staple in my home. As a mom of a curly haired daughter who loves to express herself, this is the perfect product. My daughter has been wanting purple streaks in her hair for the longest time but I’ve been hesitant, as I don’t want to damage her hair or ruin her amazing curl pattern. Thankfully with this hair wax, I don’t need to worry about either of those things, and she can have temporary, non-damaging color whenever she wants. I love that it’s not only safe for everyone to use, but I can even feel okay about using it on my 11 year olds hair. It’s so simple to apply and comes with everything you could possibly need to apply it with. Although I will say I just used my hands, I tried gloves but since the ingredients are perfectly safe, non-toxic and can be washed off with just water and soap, I felt fine applying it without the gloves. It was also easier to do on her individual curls, since she wanted streaks and not all her hair done. Another huge plus was how vibrant and beautiful the color is, and how hassle and mess-free the application process was. I love that once we dried it, it was transfer proof and didn’t end up on her clothes, nor pillow, which was actually a concern of mine. Something else I really loved about this color wax is the fact that it left her curls soft, hydrated and frizz-free and once it washed off, her color was back to normal. I can’t recommend this hair wax enough, it’s so amazing and we’ll definitely be getting tons more colors to try. Now my daughter can express herself and change her hair color all she wants and I can feel good about letting her do it.

Went on hair easily enough but it stains anything it touches and easily rubs off even after dying under the hair dryer. Worst part, within a few hours, it starts to dry out and looks like chalky paste in some look parts while completely disappearing on other parts. Do not recommend.

This colored hair wax in my opinion is just amazing. I have used spray color before, however I prefer this colored hair wax for the following reasons: - the smell is quite pleasant, something akin to soap. -It takes more work to apply but easier to control, and blends wonderfully using the brush and comb provided. - Doesn't run with sweat. The color holds fast and doesn't drip. (However it wouldn't hold up if caught in the rain) -Once dry the color doesn't rub off, it can be touched and isn't hard or crunchy feeling. Also it dries pretty quickly. -The color shows wonderfully, even on dark hair and you can control how bright you want it to be by adding more or less wax. It has a cool metallic shimmer in the sunlight. -It washes out effortlessly in the shower with a normal shampoo, and turns the lather green which my kids really enjoyed. -It doesn't damage the hair in anyway or leave it with a nasty chemical smell. -It doubles as a styling product, almost like a lightweight gel in a way. I would definately order this hair wax in other colors. I applied directly on dry hair with no issues. I also used a glove to rub the product in, and even though I got some on my non gloved hand it washed away super easy with no staining.

Great product, Brought different colours !

I used this brilliant blue metallic wax for highlights in my hair. The lighter your hair color the brighter it is. The kit came with a heavy duty claw clip, combo brush and comb, wax and two plastic lightweight bibs to protect your clothes. This wax is creamy and flows easily onto slightly damp hair. Just keep combing it to spread it. Do not keep adding more wax. A little goes a long way. When you have the color the way you want, blow dry, which sets the wax. It will not gunk up, be stiff or be sticky but your hair will feel natural. Washes out easily and does not stain. The color is great. I think I will get some green for St. Patrick's day!

I do like this product for a pop of temporary color. I followed the instructs which were clear and u appreciate the hair tools that came with this hair color to help me apply it better, but the color kept coming off like dandruff and it transfers on everything.

This kit is awesome. I’ve tried several wax colors, but I’ve never seen one that comes with this many extras. The hair clip is too big for me, but I like the brush and the capes. The pink color is a little light for my hair so it blends in a little too closely, but if you had darker hair I bet it would pop better.
