It's worth it.
I recently bought this a week going on two. I like it it's been helping me with my cravings at random time for sweets or something I can't seem to stop craving. I haven't gotten any blood work done recently but I'm hoping this helps with my blood sugars going down vs up. You do have to give this time to work it doesn't work in just one day it takes time. I take two a day my stomach hasn't had any problems with this at all I feel like it helps out more than anything I also don't have any pain problems as well. You do just get half a bottle but I rather be taking this vs something that's more harder on my liver or kidneys. If you do your research you'll find which one works best for you. Everyone is different.

It’s potent and I don’t have to put it in my coffee anymore
Better than taking half teaspoon in my coffee ruins the flavour of coffee. This gel capsule is perfect. Have to measure it and it gives me the maximum potency happy with purchase.

Good stuff, bad size.
It's a nice addition to my daily turmeric. Turmeric has done miracles for my terrible joints and inflammation issues from fibromyalgia. I can't tell how well these would do alone for that but cinnamon has many benefits and I can tell by the scent these are high quality. My only complaint is seriously, don't get these if you have a problem with horse pills. I have an issue with a bum esophageal flap and if I don't take these with a huge gulp of liquid I'd never get them down, and you do NOT want cinnamon pills getting stuck in your throat. Long-term exposure of soft tissue to ground cinnamon is caustic. I might shop around for smaller pills next refill. Pills don't get much larger than these. I took a star off because they're not even filled all the way to merit the size.
