Finally a worthy Herman Miller replacement
This ergo smart chair is at least 2x better than Herman Miller Aeron at 1/6th of the price. Amazing job, The Sleep Company! You are definitely in the game. We use Herman Miller chairs in office and I went to Herman Miller store in Bangalore to buy but they quoted 1.75 lc as price. Somehow this chair popped up in amazon when I searched Herman Miller. I took my chance and bought it. Amazing product, high comfort and stability. Wheels are smooth and back rest is great with good lumbar support! I am happy!

Assemble requried, expensive, but super comfortable.
Chair is super comforable, assembly is a little cumbersome but not rocket science. Only negative is the price point. I think it is a little on the expensiv side.

Premium Price, Cheap Build, Zero Warranty Support
Broke within 11 months of normal use. Backrest snapped on a ₹35,000 “premium” chair, completely unacceptable quality. Customer service? Horrific. Copy-paste replies, flat-out refusal to honor the 3-year warranty, and endless excuses. Even after a legal notice, they refused responsibility. This is not premium furniture. It’s overpriced junk backed by a useless warranty and hostile customer support. Save your money and buy from established brands that actually stand by their products.

Good decision to buy this chair
I was looking for a chair with good back support as I have a sitting job and my doctor advised me to buy chair which gives good back support. I looked at different choices (from Herman Miller to featherlite and may more). After doing research, I decided to buy from Sleep company. It turned out to be a very good decision. Easy to install (took less than 10 minutes for 2 persons to install). Very comfortable and good back support. I am very happy with the chair and find this to be real value for money

Head rest is not supportive;
This chair is good in all aspects expect head rest which is not holoding on if you rest ur head on this! I brought this chair only for head rest which is defective here!

Not worth 35 thousand INR. Just another average product
Review after roughly 4 months of usage. Initial Review: Everything is just perfect. No questions asked. Review after 3-4 months of usage 1. Arm rest cushioning has cracks and is starting to get worse 2. The sitting mesh is a bit saggy, loosened up 3. The gas lift, wheels, and sitting base mech are good. 35K for this chair is not really worth.

Good but expensive
The chair is not so difficult to assemble. Have various degrees of freedom and good comfort conditions. However considering the price the chair is on expensive side. The wow factor is not so much which could justify the prices.
