Upon receiving this item, I couldn’t wait to charge it immediately, and use it for my awful cramps. Every month, I suffer greatly from my period on its first two days. On the first day, I have to call off from work and stay home to take care of myself, so that no one sees me at my worst when I’m on it. The pain each month feels excruciating, and the pain medication takes forever to kick in. So, when i heard about this item, I first thought it was sketchy due to its price. That’s when I began to research, and found out that this has helped out many women. And on that note, I bought it. After the first use, I can confidently say that it works like a charm! It is worth every penny. However, this is just the first period, so I will see how it goes on my next one for an updated review. *Update Review: October of this year, would be a year of using this product, but I figured, why wait on writing an update later? Maybe this can help someone reading it now. I've used this for 7 months now, and I can still say it's one of the best things I have ever invested in. Since I've had this device, I had only called off of work once, but that is because I was sick during one of the months and my period just so happened to visit me at the same time. Bummer, I know. Anyway, while using this product, I also picked up on one important tip: let it over charge because it will last longer on the day you decide to use it on. When I used this device for my two first periods, I was sad because it would die so quickly after 2hrs, and then I would feel the excruciating pain again. One day, I accidentally let it charge for many hours overnight, and when I used it the day after, it lasted me from 7:00am (the time I woke up) to 4:00pm (the time I got home from school and work). I was so amazed and happy again! This of course, can change depending on how high you set the settings to, but I usually keep mine at a medium setting. I hope this review helps you decide whether this product is for you. Yes it is expensive, but it's worth it to help you get through your day.

The product is great and WORKS! It is worth it, especially if your menstrual pain hinders your daily routines. Product improvement suggestions: LONGER CORD! Okay, the cord it comes with is short. I know their direct website has flower pads that have longer cords. But why not just make the original product with longer cords? Also, the jagged flower edge of the flower pads seems like an aesthetic design flaw. Just, personally, not a fan of it.

Just a tens machine. Not worth the money. Cord is short short. Find something cheaper that does the same thing at your local cvs. Or even here on Amazon. Just search tens machine

Works well for pain with two main issues: 1) my device never fully charges no matter how long I leave it plugged in. The battery is poor and 2) the standard flower pads that come with the device have an extremely short cord. Had to spend more to get expended flower pads. I cannot recommend this device

I bought this for my wife who suffers from Endometriosis. It’s changed her life entirely - since her pain wasn’t only during her cycle. While she still gets the “Endo fog” during her cycle, with the Livia she’s able to stay at work and function much closer to normal. She has been off of all pain medication since the first time she used this device. The only thing she’s pointed out is to make sure it’s charged as soon as a cycle starts (for irregular bleeders it’s usually spur of the moment), buy extra sticky pads if you have to move it around often to follow the pain, and that she’s thinking of investing in a second Livia - one for the frontal pain and one for the posterior. Also, she’s allergic to most adhesive (bandaids, etc) but this doesn’t bother her skin at all!

Buy this mini electric chair for your lower abdomen. It's an electric massage for your uterus. I give it only four stars because I cannot "resume usual activities" as promised, but it does stop the pain. To fully releive pain when my cramping is really bad I have to stay still to avoid the muscles in my lower abdomen from abruptly tightening (think hymlic maneuver!). But since it does relieve pain - I give it a well deserved four stars!

I bought this as a christmas gift for my wife but gave it to her this morning as her cramps started now. There are no gel stickies in the package. I'm returning it and will get a different one. Make sure you check your box when you get it!

This product is amazing. I had stopped my birth control and prepared for unbearable months of pain during my cycle. I have endometriosis and the pain is unbearable. When I was younger I would miss so much school and just be sick to my stomach. The first time I used this product I was driving back from Tahoe & if you have endometriosis being in a car while having cramps is outmost the worst pain you could ever have. Anyway, I charged it up that weekend and as soon as my cramps were at its peak I slapped this on & although it took a minute it started working! I was able to actually talk and move around in my seat without discomfort. This product is just amazing.
