Context, purchased for myself a 49M Triathlete and my daughter 23F. Primarily purchased to give my daughter any relief from her Menstrual Cramps which are severe. She had the same reaction, comfortable and eased the discomfort which is saying a lot. Many less tears while using this pad. For myself, after a bike ride and run I get lower back pain. I was surprised how well this heated my back like a corded heating pad. BUT, instead of using the massive 18"x24" pad over the whole back and bottom, this targeted exactly where I needed it. Heath output was the same I could get from the heating pad, strong & hot. I've been wearing it during this review so far, and had to turn it down 1 heat setting after 10 minutes. Again, saying a lot because I rarely turn any heating pad down from max. No more needing to deal with greasy Icy Hot or patches to deal with. Packaging, excellent. Not over packaged, little waste, all can be recycled. 5 stars. Style: Looks nice, feels soft. Easy buckle for anyone to use, light tension for those with arthritis or limited hand strength. Case: Honestly, I appreciate there is no velvet bag, less waste as its unneeded. 5 stars. Functions: Heating: 5/5 It has a great range. The only thing I would like changed is that when 100% charged the light indicator would turn off or a different color, but that's really a small detail. I plug in things all the time and come back hours later anyways and this will be no different. Overall, I'm really happy with this product, especially when traveling this is ideal to toss in a bag and use wherever we are.

Bought this for my daughter for her back pain. The heating feature is great! The belt works well and the color is very pretty. The massage setting is very loud and does not help her much. She says it dosent last very long on a charge. But overall, it's a good little heating pad.

Wish it could get warmer but I’m always cold. Appropriately hot though. Fairly quiet like I could go shopping with it on or wear it at work. Quick and easy to turn on and off without looking. Very soft. Covers most of my lower abdomen so provides a good coverage with cramping. The vibrations provide fair counter pressure to my cramps and allow for a decent distraction. Have used it with relief with cramping on my back too! Just twist it around and keep it going. Have been using it for a few months now and love it. Have recommended it to a few people. Love the color too!

I really wanted to love this portable electric heating pad. The size is perfect for travel, the fabric is soft, and the vibration feature works fine—though honestly I don't need vibration, just heat. It's also nice that it's USB-powered and easy to pack. For portability and convenience, it gets high marks. That said, the heat output is very minimal. Even on the highest setting, it only gets mildly warm, not hot. If you're used to old-school heated water bottles or a traditional plug-in heating pad that gets deeply hot, you'll be disappointed. There's no real therapeutic heat here—more of a gentle warmth that barely cuts through sore muscles or cramps. I found myself wishing it had at least 30% more heat. So why three stars? Because for what it is—a super portable, low-power, travel-friendly option—it works fine for very mild use, like keeping your hands warm at a desk or taking the chill off. But if you need serious heat for pain relief, skip this and stick with a simple hot water bottle or a standard electric pad. Four stars for portability and design, but minus one for weak heat.

I cannot sing the praises of this product enough. It works well. Provides adequate heat, chargers in a short space of time and ergonomically, it fits your body well. You can even use it on your back as well. The vibrations are an added plus to the heat for bad cramps. I love it. Ordered more than one. The colours are lovely.

Wanted to get a heating pad for my teenage daughter for that. Special time of month, but I was hesitant to buy her one that plugged into the wall because I was afraid she might turn it on and leave it and it would become a nuisance. The microwave heating pads are great in a pinch but you can only get them so hot and they don't cover much area. Gifted this to my teenager for her birthday and she has been very pleased with how it works. She has used it many times. It gives good, consist heat and is big enough to do what it needs to but small enough that she can comfortably conceal it if she needs to wear it out and about.

Ive been using this for a year now and it’s one of my favourite purchases that I wish Id gotten sooner. It really helps my period pain and is so easy to wear, i wear it at work and it’s not noticeable under my clothing at all. Total freedom of movement not having to clutch a hottie and carry it about. I even use it if I'm just feeling a bit cold.

It is easy to use and simple to put on and take off. It gets really warm on highest temperature, but as you got 3 levels to choose from you can find the one that suits you. However it does not have the 8 hour battery time. When I've used it on constant heat it lasts around 3-4 hours on a full charge, but this is okay as its usually enough for me.
