The health of my poor old mum, 87, has deteriorated drastically in recent weeks - which has also meant she's had a number of planned and unplanned hospital visits. Her feet are swollen along with her legs because of fluid retention and she found it so hard to get into even her widest shoes for an appointment she forced her foot into place, using a shoe horn and causing trauma to the heel. I couldn't bear to see her go through that again so took a chance on these shoes and another pair and some boots. Now she's yet to try on the boots but she adores these burgundy coloured shoes. They look like trainers, very similar to a market leader, so she's not embarrassed to wear them, and what's more they fit her perfectly and she's comfortable in them. You can't be going to hospital appointments wearing slippers - and certainly not in the cold and rainy weather we experience here in the North 'Wet' of England. Just one plea - more colours please. She loves the burgundy and I've just ordered her another pair in the black but the style lends itself to more colours. ps and don't drop the price days after I've placed an order...!! Although I have ordered that extra pair. Hoping to review the boots soon, they're also by FitVille .

I am so glad I found these shoes. I have bought 2 pairs one 1/2 size smaller than the other as I thought it would be a good idea to get a bigger size to fit my swollen feet but they fit true to size so get the size you are you don`t need to get a size up, they seem to fit perfect. So easy to put on and off and very easy for me having awful bone on bone pain in my right knee causing limited mobility. I wear black trousers all the time and find they look ok casual and for every day at work. I cannot wear ordinary trainers and shoes due to swollen legs and feet, but these do not hurt my legs at the bottom. My podiatrist is extremely pleased I am wearing "proper" fitting shoes too. Well worth buying these and if I have the need to buy another pair I would not hesitate in buying more. Diana x

Sorry to say but these are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. They look quite soft in the photo but definitely not. Worn them only once and the top of my feet where bruised from from not having any movement. Definitely not trainers.

Bought these for an elderly friend who has swollen feet and can’t seem to fit her feet into any shoes. She was thrilled with them and smile the moment her fit slipped into them. They seem very comfortable on her and she walks well in them. A fantastic buy.

Very nice shoes but far too big probably my own fault because I ordered half a size up and extra wide so unfortunately had to return

Bought these for my 93yr old mum who was struggling with sore feet and finding shoes difficult to wear. They have been an absolute godsend , so easy to get on as they fully open. Mum has had a new lease of life and her feet have improved . Mum can get out and about now and feels safe walking in these.

I brought a pair for my husband and myself. Love them. As we are elderly they give us support when walking
