Gold product and prompt delivery
Overall, I’m satisfied with the bed quality and the prompt delivery. However, the assembly was not done properly by the carpenter. The bed makes noise while sitting or getting off, which indicates the fittings may not be tightened well. Please look into the assembly service quality.

very good quality cot. Excellent customer service, immediate response and prompt action was taken to address and resolve the issue with the cot footboard which was replaced by the company after just a single call to the company.

Good Seller response, but cot design lacks stability.
First received a defective piece, but contacted seller and got a right piece after 10 days of first delivery. So, seller response is good. The cot is giving a 'creek' ' creek' sound while climbing or moving on it. Also, the plus shaped centre for plywood resting is somewhat doubtful for stability. They may have given 2 more support rods design at the centre for enhanced stability. Apart from these, the look and ease of assembling is good.
