I have Hidradenitis skin disease in arm pits causing painful lumps. One of main triggers is sweat. Dermatologists keep prescribing benzoyl peroxide ointment which is costly like ₹300/- and each tube finishes in just 10 days and it still didn’t stop any sweating. I asked dermats to stop it and change but they refused. I think, they get too much commission on that. I found about Chlorhexidine from subReddit r/hidradenitis on Reddit as Americans use Hibiclens for this disease. I found the alternative in this form over here and started it 20 days back. I noticed tremendous difference as sweat literally decreased so much with using this product and with that, the painful lumps also disappeared. And this is good quality and so much value for money as in 20 days, only a quarter of bottle finished. I could easily use it for 3 months for ₹400/- wheras I would have to use doctor given benzoyl peroxide ointment nearly 6-7 tubes which is ₹300/- each. If anyone suffering from my same disease came across this product hy mistake,just buy it. Body odour from armpits also got reduced maybe due to this product fragrance or idk.

Mildly scented good quality hand washing gel. It doesn't foam much (because it's not a typical soap liquid). Go for it if you are ok with the price. Very effective ( subjective).

For anti- microbial purposes... Moisturizing quality is at acceptable levels.

I read a Reddit post about this for my shaving follucilities and I swear and kid you not…The next day,ALL MY BUMPS WERE GONE!. I washed with it during my shower in the infected parts and then applied a tiny amount like a moisturiser and that was it.This has given me so much mental relief,much better than benzoyl peroxide.

Very effective. If used in armpits you remain protected from odor for 20-24 hours
