Pacific Foods Barista Series Original Oat Milk, Plant Based Milk, 32 oz Carton (Pack of 4)

I liked the texture of this. I am allergic to the gums except xanthan. Xanthan is a type of mold created by corn. Guar gum, acacia and carob gum are created similarly like how they do with paper. They grind the tree bark and put sulfur (dioxide) which is a sulfite in it to preserve it. If you are sensitive to sulfur or have allergies to sulfites, avoid the gums. I was pleased when I found this. It’s delicious and creamy.

Most of the coffee shops in my area use this oat milk. I started using it to cut back on coffee costs and haven’t gone back!

A little pricier than some other multipack oat milks on Amazon. Good option thought if you're just using it to blend with coffee.

I love the item! but the packaging was awful! No protection for the cartons in the box loose!!!!! It used to come in a tight csrton box this came loose in a thin cardboard shipping box with no protection. Shameful

I worked as a barista at a cafe and this was the oat milk we used. When I tried finding a similar oat milk in the grocery stores, nothing compares. It's creamy and light at the same time. Mixes great with coffee or chai tea and makes great froth.

Great for lattes. Great tasting. Just frustrated with fluctuations in cost. I’ll be getting this somewhere else from now on.
