I can't say enough how good this product is! and it has so many uses. The Product: The product itself comes with a brush applicator like nail polish. It sort of smells like apple cider vinegar when it's wet but then the scent goes away when dry. It does have some specific instructions that you should deff follow, however (and I am no expert, keep this in mind) that for me it wasn't always necessary to do exactly what they said. The reason was my nails were not seriously infected the way I see other people on here. If your nails are seriously infected then follow it exactly. For me, it was the skin under my nails that was having the issue. Why I bought it: I bought this as I wear gel nails a lot, I also do them myself. I switched top coats and believe the new one I was using wasn't breathable. Anywho it left my nails purple in some parts (the fungus was that bad) and had fungus. They were super painful and the nail was starting to pull away from the skin. **Note don't be freaked out but gel nails, I just always have gels on and had fakes on before which is how I think it started and the non-breathable just made it worse. I noticed results very quickly and even was able to wear normal breathable nail polish as the infection was embarrassing and it still worked. I did notice a little bit of pain at first but honestly it was from the infection and as it was healing that pain stopped happening. The pain is very short-lived like when you put alcohol on a cut or something. I found putting it on the skin around my fingers helped as well. After a bit I was able to stop filing my nails down and just had to apply under my nail and just make sure to clean out the dry skin. and it's been working great! my nails just need to grow out and they will be fully healthy again. I have been making sure to put it near my cuticles and finger tips as I want my whole nail to remain healthy. I also started putting it on this tiny little spot of what I think is ringworm, I've had it for years and it's starting to go away. It's the smallest spot, has never spread and nothing has ever worked which has been puzzling. I just figured I'd give it ago and yeah it's working. This stuff really works! Just keep up with it and you'll be thankful you did! **Note Some people are leaving weird reviews on how long this takes, Yes for some it will take a long time as nails take a long time to grow.. know that this is not a fix overnight. My issue did not get to the point it affected my actual nail but the skin underneath and it's still taking time. This product is killing the infection and overgrowth of fungus then healthy skin and nails will grow. This will happen with any product including something from a doctor, be patient and keep up with it, it will be worth it.

So I had been trying to find a good product for a minor fungal situation on the right big toe and more stubborn one on the left 4th. Last year I had a busy summer and decided to opt for some no chip pedi's since my summer was going to be pretty packed with events. In July I went in for a fresh pedi and to my surprise what was initially mild turned aggressive! While it was only a pale discoloration affecting only one side of the toe it was now yellowish and on both sides and only a small hourglass area in the middle was healthy. UGH!!!!! I was shocked at the aggressive spread and I immediately started trying several different cures including the popular brands. Everything would just keep it from progressing, but wasn't actually curing. After much researching different brands, and reading MANY reviews, I opted for this. HALELUYA!! I can see progress!! Now, I know there are different types of fungi so I must've found my cure. My routine: apply AT LEAST twice a day. ALWAYS after showers, (I don't always shower at the same times every day) so sometimes it's 2 or 3 times a day, and I use a tea tree foot scrub with a brush. So... for bedtime I use Avalon Organics lavender body lotion and I thoroughly apply on my heels and in between toes (because dry heels can sometimes harbor fungi). Then I apply the first coat of this product. It's very thin and dries relatively quickly. By the time I finish 1 foot the other is dry, so I apply a 2nd coat and then repeat a 3rd time. This really lets the product saturate thoroughly into the nail. Takes no more than a couple minutes, so even when I'm really tired I'm still able to be consistent because it dries so quick. Once a week I use a coarse nail file to file the top of the nail and the edges. Doing only these steps I began to see a difference in just days! I've also tried to be more diligent in taking my biotin and multi vitamins but sometimes I forget. But I always do the foot routine. Even in the morning I apply it and then do my normal morning routine since it dries so quick! I did go away on vacation and forgot to take with me so I ordered another bottle to my vacation spot! If I neglect it more than a couple of treatments in a row I can see and feel the infection return, so it's important to stay consistent. It's now been a couple months and I am seeing a greater improvement with this product than with any other. But again, remember there are different types of fungi and some conditions may contain more than one on top of another. Highly HIGHLY recommend this product based on my results. Try it. You've got nothing to lose, except a pesky (and embarrassing) condition.

I noticed some issues with my toenails one month after going to a nail salon for a pedicure in July 2021. I wasn’t sure what it was and thought maybe my nail was damaged so it needed to grow out. April 2022 I noticed the issue got worse so I went to a foot doctor. They sampled the nail, sent it to a lab, and confirmed it was fungus. The options for treatment were a minimum of several hundred dollars to well into the thousands. Additionally, some had serious health concerns. I did not feel comfortable trying those first, so I looked on Amazon for other options. This was the first topical treatment I purchased and used it as described in the instructions. However, I would sometimes apply 3 times a day and not the recommended 2. The first picture side by side is from 10/2 and 11/2. There has been a significant positive improvement in the appearance of my toenails. The smell is strong, does smell like vinegar, but it goes away after it dries and absorbs in the nail. The treatment itself is like a brown or dark yellowish color. It will stain your skin if you are not careful with applying it or wash your feet properly. However, it does wash off the skin easily. The packaging is okay but wish it was a little better. I keep the stick outside the bottle because it was just my preference, opposed to sticking it in the cap. I had to travel via plane twice since starting the treatment and even though the bottle was sealed tightly, it still managed to seep out of the top. I had it in a ziplock bag so it did not transfer to my clothes or other items, but I did lose some product. One time was in checked luggage, the second was in a carry on. So if you travel, be aware and conscious of how you pack the bottle. The nail file that comes with it works great. It is important to use that so the treatment can properly soak into the infected nail. I feel it did dry my nails out more after the first day of filing, but I started to add a little tea tree oil mid-day to soften it. I wanted to keep my nails as hydrated as possible. I have been using it for over a month now and still have a little less than half in the bottle. I did lose a little while traveling so I would have a little more if that did not happen. I think you can use one bottle for a 2 month treatment. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this product. I will continue to use this for the remainder of the winter. I have not worn my toes out without polish in over a year and I can now do so because of this product! I purchased this with my own money, found this product on my own, and was not compensated for this review.

TLDR: The product works. It takes a long time. You must follow detailed directions diligently. I have had bad toenail fungus for as long as I can remember. I could never wear sandals and was ashamed of my feet. This year I decided to throw everything at it and prioritize it. I like this product, it has a vinegar like smell and can cause some skin irritation (see notes below). Just be diligent/disciplined using it and follow directions. Fungus is hard to kill and takes MONTHS. Now I am about 60 days in and seeing great results. KEEP IN MIND HOW TO PROPERLY USE THIS PRODUCT. - 2x a day I wash/scrub my feet with an antifungal soap with tea tree oil. - I then dry my feet and use a file on all my nails. - I then apply a coat wait for it to dry then carry on with my day. - I am 2 months in and note my results at the bottom of my review. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Sometimes I noticed my toes stung after using the product which caused a little discomfort. I dealt with this by rotating using a product with a different active ingredient (DERMATOOL Nail fungus treatment). Also- using 2 types of antifungal ingredients is smart to fight nasty infections. Be sure to buy all the accessories you need to make daily use easy - ie nail files, antifungal foot soap, scrubbing brush, etc. RESULTS AFTER 60 DAYS OF USE: 7/10 nails had fungus. 4 of them had minor signs of fungus, 1 moderate, and 2 were just downright nasty. -Of the 4 minor fungal nails, they are almost completely free of fungus (+95% reduction) -The one moderate nail is also greatly improving (~90% reduction) -The 2 nasty ones are also improving massively (~80% reduction). After a few weeks of use, entire chunks/layers of the infected nail were coming off. At first it was gross to accidentally pull off a piece of my nail while removing my socks- but this was actual fungus and not the nail. When a chunk of infected nail comes off, it exposes the healthy nail underneath. I give it a gentle file and apply this treatment. My fungus was probably more severe than most - but this product works if you are diligent. I hope that I will be completely clear after another 60 days (120 in total). I am not to the level where I am comfortable wearing sandals in public yet, but I have seen so much improvement that I can now entertain the notion of wearing sandals.

When I first started it showed little improvement on my toenail fungus but then I noticed that is not going away and it looks like it is preventing it from growing bad.

For the record, I bought this for a mild toenail fungus that arose from a torn toenail (40+ years ago) -- expecting to get a product with undecylenic acid as the active ingredient. The box photo on Amazon's product page shows 10% undecylenic acid -- BUT the label on the box I got yesterday (and on the bottle label) shows only "main ingredients", which don't include any major anti-fungus ingredient. The pamphlet inside the box shows "Active Ingredient" Acetic Acid (20%) and lists the others as "Inactive Ingredients". Also in that pamphlet under CAUTION, I find "It is not recommended to use it directly on the skin such as the athlete's foot and tinea hand. If you really want to use it, use it after diluting with pure water 1:1." This appears right beside "Meanwhile, it can even help to treat athlete's foot, jock itch, ...". BTW, the distributor on the current box is also different from that in the photo on the product page. So, I'll do an update after I've used the product awhile. The pamphlet also says "After 2-3 months [of use], new healthy nails will grow out." We'll see... OK -- it's 7/21/25, about a year and 7 months later, and I changed the 3* to 5* because my big-toenail bed has grown from 1/4 inch to 1/2", almost to the 5/8" of my other big toe. I used the product for 2-3 months, removed the dead skin that was softened by the product, and used the brush to apply the liquid between nail and skin under the nail. Not noticing any growth of the nail bed, I stopped the daily application. As time (months) went on, I noticed a little growth of the nail bed, so I'd occasionally apply the product and press the nail repeatedly against the toe to work the product into the skin and edges. I also used an antifungal cream with 1% tolnaftate occasionally, which I had used earlier with no result (before this product allowed me to remove the dead skin under the nail). So, if this product doesn't work by itself, you might try an antifungal cream, once this product allows you to get at the intersection of the fungus and live nail bed. So, despite the slow results, I now have a decent nail bed, so I recommend.

Nunca habia tenido problemas con mis pies y de momento comencé a tener tejido necrotico en el dedo donde tenia la uña que aplicaba este producto y cuento corto largo casi pierdo el dedo y dos meses entre antibióticos y visitando el Podiatra una vez por semana hasta que sano. A todas esta no me habia percatado que era el producto hasta que comence a utilizarlo otra vez en el otro dedo del pies contrario y a los dos dias o tres dias comence a ver como se ponia morado y ya lo descarte. Asi que cuidados y pendientes si lo utilizan. Yo no lo recomendaría. PD Siempre el producto a estado cerrado en su botella y aun asi creo eso en la caja. Update… Hoy bueno realmente a esta hora buscaba un e mail en spam y de casualidad encuentro varios correos de personas que alegan son de Pure Skin en fin, me hablaban que lamentaban por la situación que atravesé y que me agradecerían con una Gift Card y que aprovechara que llegaba Prime Day! $30.00!!! Saben nunca pedi ni dinero ni devolución! Solo deje mi critica no por atacar o quitar credibilidad sobre el producto, solo hice referencia a lo que sucedió conmigo y el como pude darme cuenta que el problema lo causo este producto. Esa foto es de ahora mismo y nunca había subido ninguna pero ya que vi hay varias pues subi una por si habia duda. Ese dedo sin uña es el que por poco pierdo y no tengo problemas de circulación Gracias a Dios! Luego de terminar mis citas con el Podiatra que de hecho pagaba mas de deducible semanal a mis consultas que la honerosa gift card volvi a utilizar el producto en otros dedos pero a diferencia de la vez anterior me percate que ya comenzaba a crear tejido necrotico y supurar, lo detuve rapido y no llegue a lo que me sucedio con el primero y ahora mismo tiene tejido necrotico pero esta mejorando. Pero toma mucho tiempo. Asi que si las fotos que he visto a las personas les ha funcionado pues super!!! Ahora siempre estén pendientes a algun cambio y tomar medida rapido no piensen como yo que pense era parte del proceso hasta que se inflamo de un dia para otro y comenzo la odisea. Y no puedo borrar mi comentario por que seria injusto para las personas y los entiendo PureSkin.

I have only been using the product for a couple of weeks so I can’t definitively say if my fungus is clearing up. I have taken the oral medication and used the very expensive prescription topical. I have had this issue for years with no resolve. I am hopeful by the reviews that this product will save my poor toenail. What I can say from my experience so far is that: my nail does seem healthier. Be aware that the product does stain the nail. The infected area appears very dark with use. I am filing and clipping the infected area so that the product can penetrate better. It does smell strongly of vinegar. I will update this review in a couple months when I have a better idea

I recommend this product, my nail fungus is clearing up with this product.

I followed instructions. All it did was discolor my toenail more.

Another easy to use item never hurd of it before so decided to give it a go .
