The taste is good . Spices used are also good but due to other dal used apart form moongdal , it tastes slightly different from pure moongdal badi. Also requires too many whistles when pressure cooked. Price is high. So overall not as per my expectations

Powdered stuff

This is a high protein lentils based wadi. I am using it in my curries. It tastes excellent when roasted and consumed with a potato based curry. The flavor is very tasty as well.
