Can you use the washing head on hard, real wood floors?

I have used it on our wood floors and it worked great, it puts out the right amount of water and dries fast.

How much can you clean without refilling the water?

We have a pretty big kitchen & 3 dogs so, I had to mop harder than normal - still had water...❤️

How flat can it lay so as to get dust balls from underneath beds??

About 4in flat I'd say. With a normal upright vacuum I was unable to get under my queen bed (8in space). Now it's a piece of cake. I can even easily get in under my dresser, where there's only 4in to 6in of play.
