Good lights for kayak
I have a 12 foot kayak and I installed these on the inner portion of the kayak. They are very bright and work great. Very easy to install and seem sturdy and well made. I have them hooked up to my yak power setup with noqua battery.

I bought the green set and installed them in my 12T. I bought two sets and it lit up the mid section of my kayak where my feet are. I have zero problems seeing at night. They are very bright and if you look into them, all you will see is stars. Trust me! I made one mistake and installed one set right by my feet and I accidentally touched one and it burned my foot. I'm not going to move it since I already drilled into my kayak but now I can warn everyone. I highly recommend these and if you already have the yak power system, it is literally plug and play. Last thing, they look cool too!

Bulb life issues
Installed green, and red as nav lights on my Old Town PDL. The lights lasted less than 3 hours total. I have had green and red both burn out quickly. The bulbs are easy to install, which is good if you have to buy them every 3 hours of use.

Great lights, very bright
Great lights, very bright. Perfect fit in my Jackson Coosa HD console. They threaded right into the bolt holes where the internal fishing line spools are housed. No drilling holes!

Burn out several bulbs and proprietary plus suck
I've completely outfitted my kayak with these and haha to replace 2 green lights and 3 red lights, all with less than 8 hours of use. I'm stuck with these chappy lights because I've drilled holes in my $4k kayak. Also, with 10 lights in my rig, im left with a rats nest of wires because they use a dumb plug system for connections that you cant shorten. I would not recommend this system at all.

So Bright and Install is easy
This lights up my kayak very well and is very bright. The best thing? It even comes with a drill bit to drill into my kayak and it the precise size needed to install this light. The light threads itself after drilling the hole so that you do not need to install a backup nut on the light and no need to try reaching inside the kayak to install. Just screw in for a tight, waterproof install. Makes like easy.
