Very nice Bought for vegan visitor. Looks smells and tastes just like the real parmesan i use normally.

Vegan, but is it healthy?
Taste is palatable,but it's got a "bad" rating on my Yuka app, stating "limited risk" additives ,it's got high saturates, and high levels of salt.

TO PARMESAN CHEESE LOVELY ON PASTA AND PIZZA THE ONLY FAULT IS IT HES A SHELF LIFE OF SEVEN DAYS ONCE OPENED AND EVEN I CAN NOT EAT THAT MUCH.SO ONE STAR REMOVED .

absolutely destroyed my carbonara.. then I looked at the ingredients.. £74.80 per kilogram for what is essentially flavored starch and vegetable oil is a criminal..
