Love this stuff. I put subtle highlights of delicate pink stripes in my blonde hair. This particular packaging is a lot more easy on the hair than the comb type.

No pigment - did not work at all.

I have very dark brown hair and the green color works well, but the comb design applicator is flawed. It just pulls my hair out and I have to use a sponge or fingers to press it hard enough to apply the chalk. So, I broke all the prongs off the comb and am applying it by squeezing my hair in between a cloth and the chalk...like other brands I have used before. So, it wastes a lot, but at least I can color my ends green for the play I am in!

We got this because my daughter's other hair chalk that was pink would not show up in her hair. I was so glad that we got this because it worked great and looked great in her hair it was very pink and very pretty!

This hair chalk is just that... chalk. It will color your hair temporarily but will come out at the first wash, if not before if it is rubbed on anything. This is great for an evening of fun, but be careful, it makes somewhat of a mess on your hands and clothing. The pictures in the listing are somewhat misleading. It will NOT look like a dye job, which is what is shown in the listing pictures, what it WILL look like is steaks of color where this product is rubbed on. The product is chalk, so it will have a matte look, not shiny like the obviously dyed hair in the listing pictures. Easy to use, just comb it in and if you wet your hair beforehand, allow it to dry. So... the product works as it should. It will color your hair. It will stay in temporarily. It is easy to use. Is it a dye... nope, but it does not claim to be but the listing photos show dyed hair... so that is a bit misleading. Your hair will not look like it was dyed root to tips using this product. (star off for misleading photos, otherwise works as intended)

Honestly should have read the reviews before buying this. I didn’t want to use a wax or gel, so I gave the chalk a try and the color barely showed, and would came out in little clumps. I say go for a spray, gel or wax if you want color to pop. Pass on this product.

The chalk was too far in the brush and wouldn’t show unless really pushed deep but hurt my son’s scalp trying to color it for Halloween. I had to break it off of the holder and use it manually to get the color on to his hair. The color was good but maybe they can reconsider the mechanism

Got these for my 6yr old she loved them. Color was great lasted 2 days washed out first wash.
