OMG great Vac
Why did you pick this product vs others?:OMG my husband got this and thought it was a cleaner and a vac. He put a return on it and I saw it in the box and took it out and used it Omg I said you are not returning this it's great I know we have lots of vacs here but I love it! So thank you for the return but we are keeping it NOW! It picks up the cat and Dog fur great and fast and works great on the stairs as well. It's easy to clean out as well love love it!

Awesome vacuum!
This vacuum is amazing! 👏🙌💪 The vacuum itself is easy to assemble and can be done in literally a minute or less. Very well designed! The performance of this vacuum is well worth the price of it. The vacuum I had before this was a Bissell as well and it worked very well until about the last few months it wasn't picking up great and that's why I bought this new one. I am SO SO SO GLAD I stuck with Bissell! Just for fun I vacuumed my carpets with this vacuum after i assembled it. This after I had just vacuumed my carpets earlier that day in the morning. I thought my carpets were clean as could be, but NOPE! This vacuum picked up so much more than the other one did! I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!

Great vacuum
I really like this vacuum. It picks up and holds a lot. It is light weight and easy to use. Easy to empty the canister. It also does get most of the fur off the furniture. Good suction, keeps picking up even after using for over 10 minutes. Worth the price, but I did wait for it to be on sale, lol. The retractable cord is the best too! That was a deciding factor when I bought it. I very much dislike having to wind a long cord after vacuuming, and with this vacuum I just hold the button and the cord is tucked in. Strong suction, it catches all the dust bunnies. With an easy release handle/wand to get any dust or spider webs up high. I'm happy with this purchase!

Good vacuum for short carpets
Compared to my Dyson Ball Animal vacuum, this is hundreds of dollars cheaper. However, it is WAY harder for me to push on my plush carpets. It is easy to push on my tile and wood floors. The suction is fine, but not as strong as that of my Dyson. It does pick up the long hair of my rough collie, so it is good as a back up/second vacuum. My husband has a much easier time pushing this than I did, so maybe I'm just weak.

Ultimate design flaw that will cause any bissell to fail
Let me save you some trouble with Bissell vaccuums, this might be long but its worth the read. I have a lot of pets. I sought a vaccuum that could handle that. We have another Bissell. We have had issues with our other one as well. Their rollers attach in such a way that allows hair to clog in a small gap on the side of the roller near the barring. This will seize the barring and chip or melt away the cheap crappy plastic that they use for their rollers. Now you can say "regular maintainence is required in order to keep a vaccuum functioning correctly." Well duh, which is why after the first use we unscrewed the roller head to remove any clogged hair to find that this crappy design was already failing and the plastic was already deteriorating. My older Bissell was also designed for pets but had a different roller head piece, being that this is a newer model vaccuum and a newer roller head that touts its ability to deal with long hair I just assumed they fixed the super obvious design flaw here. The photo pictured is what happens after prolonged use, and is the side of the rolleer where it attaches. Bissell customer service had replaced my old vaccuum 3 times now, and I'm about to redeem it a 4th time since theres a 5 year warranty. I took a risk here thinking the enemy I know might be better than the one I don't, but I also thought they would learn from their mistakes. I simply returned this vaccuum as soon as I realized that they didn't fix the issue because the last thing I need is another broken vaccuum that I have to send another 17 emails about. To be honest I feel so conned I don't know what brand to use alternatively. This is a top quality vaccuum from one of the most notorious brands today. It says PET right on it, and yet their vaccuums can't handle a month in my house, or even one use. This is one of those reviews you should read and it SHOULD make you think twice, because its trash to pay so much money for something that will have you emailing them once a month for the next 5 years. Hey Bissell, you need someone to test out your pet products? Start sending me test vaccuums. I'm happy to help you better improve your design, but I'm not happy to spend hundreds of dollars on something that begins to break after one use, and you should be ashamed to stand behind products like this.
