I like having a thumb-grip on my Fujis: For me, it helps me to hold them more easily (I also have one on my X-E2), and I actually like the fact that it is a little harder to turn the exposure-compensation dial, as it can become moved quite easily unintentionally, and the grip protects it. I don't have problems adjusting this dial or the shutter-speed dial when I need it either, with the knurling on them providing sufficient grip. That said, I tend to use aperture-priority mainly so the shutter-speed dial is mostly on A (auto).One reviewer seems to have received the wrong item, as mine definitely does not sit so low that I cannot access the View Mode and AEL buttons on the rear, just below the hot-shoe: All controls remain operable. I would prefer it to be a little tighter fit: It came off as I was removing the camera from the pouch I use, but I was able to find it later (black on snow: lucky!). Using it without this, the camera felt decidedly odd in my hands, so used am I to these things!It seems a little pricey for what it is, but does the job, and improves the handling whilst reducing accidental exposure-compensation dial-movement for me. Looks nice too. Probably worth the cash: I bought a cheaper version just to see how they compared and the part which the thumb sits against is smaller, hence less comfortable. Does the extra size of this item justify the extra cash? That's a tricky one: If I lose it permanently, I'll probably go with the cheaper item, rather than replace this one, but time will tell.

Great quality materials, butpoor ergonomics: when mounted on a Fuji X100F, you will not be able to set speed&ISO, it simply gets in the way, blocking your fingers' access!!!

Item does not sit firmly. Accessing the rear dial is too difficult if the item is mounted on camera. Totally uselessI had to remove it. Not happy

Der "Thumbs Up Grip" ist den preis wirklich wert. Den original Thumbs Up Grip wird anscheinend nicht mehr hergestellt, aber dieses ähnlich Teil ist stabil und wertig hergestellt. Die Kamera liegt sicherer in der Hand, jedoch ist das Einstellrad der Belichtungskontrolle nicht mehr ganz so einfach mit dem Daumen zu betätigen - keineswegs ein Problem, aber ich mußte mich daran gewöhnen. Gut, daß meine Ledertasche (von Leicatime) weiter genutzt werden kann. (Ich liebe diese Tasche von Luigi Crescenzi!) Den Grip kann ich voll & ganz empfehlen.

Dieser Grip kostet ungefähr das vierfache von anderen hier angebotenen Thumb Grips, aber da er auf den Produktabbildungen sehr gut auf die Fujifilm X100F zu passen schien, war es mir das wert. Der gelieferte Grip ist jedoch deutlich kürzer, als auf den Abbildungen. Ich habe ein Foto angehängt und die Produktabbilung reinkopiert. Darauf sieht man, dass er schon vor dem hinteren Rad endet und man eigentlich einen Grip bekommen sollte, der deutlich über das Rad hinaus ragt.Dadurch ist das Einstellrad für Verschlusszeit/ISO beim gelieferten Produkt sehr schlecht zu bedienen und würde deutlich freier liegen, wenn geliefert würde, was abgebildet ist. Der Grip sitzt auch sehr locker im Blitzschuh, sodass er wackelt. Das hatte ich bei einigen günstigeren Version von Thumb Grips auch noch nicht. Warum haben vergleichbare Produkte unter 10 Euro einen Gummi an der Unterseite oder eine Schraube, damit es sitzt und hier müßte ich bei einer nagelneuen X100F zwei Lagen Papier im Blitzschuh unterlegen, damit nichts wackelt oder rausfällt?Keine Ahnung warum bei "Verkauf durch EWOOP Official Flagship Store und Versand durch Amazon" ein Prudukt geliefert wird, das nicht dem beworbenen/abgebildeten entspricht. Geht zurück.

Anscheinend kann keiner der Anbieter ein brauchbares Exemplar bauen, traurige Wahrheit. Alleine in Amerika wird ein brauchbares, wegklappbares angeboten und dieses versuche ich jetzt zu bekommen. Das Angebotene Ewoop ist wie alle Anderen im Moment angebotenen eine ergonomische Fehlleistung und dabei ist es doch so einfach es richtig zu machen. Andererseits machen die Anderen es nicht besser.
