it works fine, well worth the money.
OMG, SO HAPPY WITH THIS CUTTER. Did a large bag of fries, went by some instructions that took some of the starch out before freezing and bagged enough for each serving and put them in the freezer. I air fried them and they taste so fresh. I told the whold family to get one. I just love it.

Makes very short and easy work of turning a whole potato into perfectly cut french fries!
This is great for anyone who likes to make french fries, either the old-fashioned way in a fryer or in an Air Fryer, and is tired of trying to cut potatoes into even fry shapes. I tried a manual cutter, which was very nice and well made, but I did not have the strength for it so I returned it. This electric one was only about $20 more and Iโm glad I decided to get it. It is so easy to use and amazingly fast. Wash your potatoes, peel or leave the peel on, put in the hopper, press the button, and in a few seconds you have a whole lotta perfectly cut fries. It comes assembled and changing blades is really easy. I only wish it came with a 1/4โ cutting plate for shoe strings. But it is great as it is. You can also cut other semi-hard veggies to create even carrot, cucumber, and zucchini sticks. It even helps evenly dice onions!

Potato cutter
This fry cutter works awesome. I think the vertical cut works better than the horizontal one. The fries fall into the catch pan. Works great on sweat potatoes, (nuke-em first) I really like this unit. Highly recommended

Think twice before purchasing
Had this for a year now. Used maybe total of 10 times. It would get stuck and easy to get going. This last time, it completely shut off with the unit in the blades all the way down. I kept blades spotless during use. Now it will not come on. No sound from the motor. Recommend buying another brand and product that can handle making French fries. 10 uses and now total junk. 60 days past the 1 year warranty. Not a happy person. Cost close $200 when it was purchased.
