Very bad product and sounds like scam as they don't allow return of product only exchange and also exchange dates are limited days of 10 only. Amazon should take action and people don't buy because i have very bad experience.

Very useful for pain relief
I bought this for my wife and it has been really helpful. It heats up quickly and stays warm for a long time. She uses it for body pain and cramps and finds it very soothing. Good quality and easy to use.

Works well in the price range .. haven't used much ..bought it for a knee injury . Will add more if things change on usage during winters. Material is good , soft and stays warm for long

It works! this is a good product, i wouldn't say its the best but it works sometimes the bag balloons up and starts making sound, you have to hold the plug in until it auto switches off otherwise it won't heat up the bag at all, sometimes it won't heat up properly as well, its been few months since i have been using it and i would say go ahead buy it if there are no better alternative, cause lets be honest this product doesn't really have a best brand out there so do check the reviews and pick one that has better reviews End opinion i would say definitely give it a try but keep an eye on this once in a while
