Good laptop
I just got it today so I am yet to test out most of the things. I will update the review when I've had enough time with it. The setup was easy and it's a beautiful sleek machine. Slightly heavier than I expected but I'll get used to it. It has a Matt finish which I absolutely love, but also find frustrating because even the slightest fingermark shows 😅😅.

Defective laptop
Very disappointed with my laptop purchase. After receiving the laptop I followed the prompts to set it up. The following day I was not longer able to access the internet. I contacted tech support and after a couple solutions on their part, the laptop was still not working. I decided at this point to send the defective laptop back. Who needs to start out on day one trying to fix things...this was a brand new laptop. (Only received a 50% refund) :(

En la descripción del producto, mencionaba que tenía una tarjeta gráfica NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050. Esta información es falsa. Amazon ofrece solamente un reembolso sin embargo solicité esta laptop con urgencia para utilizarla para cosas del trabajo. Necesito otra solución. Sin embargo, el producto es bueno.
