Hi Raf. As you have now found out this does not come with the SAE71 Fused Lead. We are trying to get that image removed. Apologies for the mix up.

I would say not, the gauge of wire the cable is made from is not thick enough.

This is not mentioned on the Optimate website nor on the packaging so assume not.
