Update: After two uses the screw broke off. Not sure why. The product worked great for moving the pizza in and out of the oven and the cutter worked great but unfortunately it broke quickly. I have got another one and hopefully it lasts longer! Moving from 5 stars to 4 stars for this reason. Works really well once you figure out the trick; use lots of flour. First time I used it, I didn’t put enough on and the pizza stuck badly. Second try with more flour and it slid off perfectly into the oven. The peel itself feels solid and is a good size at roughly 12” x 12”, so it easily fits a normal personal-sized pizza. The included pizza cutter works well too. Used it on a hard surface and it cut through the pizza easily without needing much pressure. It was way easier than a pizza rolling cutter! Pros: * Pizza slides well with enough flour * Good size for homemade pizzas * Cutter works well * Lightweight and easy to handle * Great value for around $30 CAD Overall: Really solid pizza peel and cutter combo for the price.
