We've only recently got this and have used it twice so far, but are very pleased with it. As others have mentioned the instructions are useless, but it's not too hard to figure out how to put it together. We have also had to buy a longer hose for the steam as we have put it up in our downstairs shower room and unfortunately the door and steam vent are at the wrong end for the space, but we have made it work. The included chairs aren't great, but we have repurposed two wooden garden chairs and put them facing each other length ways (see pic) so we can stretch our legs out. In time I might build a bespoke bench, but this works for now, and we can both fit comfortably. I've also put up some waterproof garden fairy lights inside which is really nice for atmosphere. The steam generator is great, heats up quickly and can get the tent very hot! We use it on power setting 10 when we are both in there, and I turn it up to 12 when my partner gets out, and it's very warm and really relaxing. A membership to my local spa cost £60 per month and I made it down there once a week at most, so this cost the equivalent of 5 months membership and we will get a lot more use out of it! It's a 1.6kW steam generator and we use it for at most an hour (15 mins to warm up, 30-45 mins in the steam) so it's not expensive to run.

I bought this 2-person sauna with dreams of shared relaxation, gentle detoxing, and the kind of peaceful bonding you see in spa commercials. What I didn’t realize was that I had just gifted my wife a volcanic temple of heat, where she now reigns as the undisputed Queen of the Inferno. She LOVES it. She disappears into the sauna each evening like a serene phoenix entering her chrysalis, only to emerge 30 minutes later, glistening and euphoric, like she’s been reborn in eucalyptus-scented fire. Meanwhile, I, her loyal and tragically mortal husband, can barely make it five minutes without questioning all of my life choices. The moment I step in, I begin sweating in places I didn’t know could sweat. She calls it “refreshing.” I call it “being slow-roasted alive.” Still — I must admit — this sauna is a magnificent beast. It was shockingly easy to assemble (even while sobbing from preemptive heat anxiety), it heats up quickly, looks fantastic, and functions flawlessly. The materials feel solid, the controls are intuitive. In short: She’s in love. I’m dehydrated. The sauna is perfect. 10/10 would recommend — but maybe keep a cold beverage and an exit strategy handy.

Absolutely terrible. Frame to small, tent won't cover it or fit. Zip broken on arrival. I'll await word back from the company. I'd give it a zero rating if I could.

Great product and very pleased with how it performs, great quality, instructions were very poor though as poles numbered up wrong so had to guess how to fit together, also states on book 1 person but it’s 2 and it came with 2 seats so book may not even be the correct book for the model I ordered, it also says wired remote which isn’t wired it’s wireless and wouldn’t respond to the Vapor pod from inside the sauna tent as described overall great product

I absolutely love love love this sauna I brought it just for myself it comes with two chairs that are comfortable to sit on with good back support. It heats up nicely within a few minutes but I let it run for a good few minutes first. The best thing is you can have the use of your own sauna at home no awkward conversation 😆 It has a handy pocket inside for whatever you need mine fits a nice little speaker.(waterproof) It is my little piece of heaven however it’s a decent size so you need the right space for it lucky for me mine fits nicely into a cupboard, where I leave it set up I allow it to air out after use and wipe up any access water. I’ve been using mine 3/5 times a week and it’s definitely my favourite purchase it’s just as good as a proper sauna you come out flushed hot and refreshed I 200% recommend if you have the space get the two person sauna you won’t regret it once you got your feet up inside relaxing 😌 Not expensive to run at all absolutely brilliant bit of kit ❤️👍

Came fast and was a little tricky too set up with the cover part but I worked it out to keep the inside pocket up the correct way then you get the hang of it after setting frame up like a tent but it's great value for money I feel clearer healthier its well worth the money 2 man one is just right size mabe squeeze 3 in depending on the persons.the zips are smooth and tough so far

I bought a steam pod, but unfortunately it was a squeeze for 2 people and so i upgraded to this. Firstly, the reviews of the instructions are completely correct. Whoever wrote the instructions was obviously looking at another product. My advice is look at the picture and use your common sence. The steamer itself is good apart from you cant see on the steam pod the level of heat. The timer is fine. The set up for the steam inlet is good and also the picket at the back in the pod id good as i put a light in it. One anoying thing is that the steam condenses on the floor of the pod and its like a swimming pool when you get out. You need to mop up all the water before the next steam.

Definitely recommend! It fits two people comfortably and easy to install. It comes with a quality heating pot that is quick to heat up.

Eine gute Alternative für zuhause zum Entspannen, wird bei uns regelmäßig benutzt

An sich ein tolles Produkt, jedoch lassen die Komponenten der einzelnen Teile qualitativ noch viel Luft nach oben. Ich habe das Produkt im August 2024 erworben und es ist seitdem regelmäßig im Einsatz. Im Schnitt würde ich sagen, einmal die Woche. Die Hülle ist super in Schuss und weist noch keine Ermüdungserscheinungen auf. Die Stühle sind auch noch gut in Schuss. Das Gestänge fängt an zu rosten, jedoch bisher noch in einem normalen Rahmen. Da könnte man sich aber überlegen, Material zu verwenden, welches mit Feuchtigkeit in Berührung kommen darf und nicht gleich wegrostet. Nun zum Dampfkessel. Der Deckel dieses Geräts ist anscheinend nicht für hohe Temperaturen ausgelegt. Zuerst (relativ schnell, nach 2–3 Monaten) ist der Spritzschutz abgebrochen, weil das Material durch die Ermüdung zwischen Hitze und Abkühlung Risse bekommen hat. Der Deckel bekam im Laufe der Zeit immer mehr Risse, bis jetzt der Griff am Deckel abgebrochen ist (gerade beim laufenden Betrieb einfach abgesprungen/abgeplatzt). Nun geht der ganze Dampf verloren. Deckel oder Dampfkessel sind auch leider nicht separat bestellbar, sodass die ganze Sauna nun nach weniger als einem Jahr (knapp 10 Monaten) nicht mehr zu gebrauchen ist. Was bei dem Preis schade ist. Also wer die Sauna mehr als einmal im Monat verwenden will, sollte eher die Finger von diesem Modell lassen. Wenn ich etwas finde, um das Problem zu fixen, aktualisiere ich hier.

Das Saunazelt ist eigentlich perfekt. Wäre da nicht ein Transportschaden am Fenster gewesen. Eine Reaktion von der Firma gab es nie. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus...

I’ve had this sauna for roughly 6 months now. In terms of functionality, I love it. It gets nice and hot, though in the winter time, I put a blanket over the top as it is located in my garage. It functions great and I have no complaints about it whatsoever. What I do have complaints are 1. the chairs it comes with and 2. The durability of the bottom/floor. The chairs are comfortable but are not very durable in regards to heat exposure. The paint is peeling off. I’m looking into getting a different chair for this steam sauna. Secondly, the flooring is starting to peel. The walls of the sauna are intact and are holding up nice and steady, but where there was once a uniform silver color on the flooring, there are now black specks from the peeling of the flooring. I don’t know what is causing the peeling. Maybe I use and clean the sauna too much? Who knows? But this causes me to question the durability and longetivity of it. Hopefully, I can buy a replacement floor when the time comes.
