Yes, two AA batteries not included with toy

I put the batteries in and turned it on and nothing happened, what can I do to make it work?!

I had a lot of trouble getting into the battery compartment and getting it shut...it wouldn't work until the door was shut. If you have made sure the batteries are in the correct positions, then I don't know other than make sure the door is shut and latched. Mine works fine...ask the great grand kids.

Is this toy voice activated?

I don’t know. The toy didn’t work because the battery box was missing a connection.
