True to size. I purchased them based on my daughter’s weight, and they fit her perfectly. They worked well for a young adult with special needs. This is my third time purchasing them. My only complaint is that they keep increasing the price.

Arrived within 2 days, standard free shipping. This is a high quality swim diaper. Used throughout the summer with 14 year old, about 92 lbs. thin enough to fit under special needs reusable diaper and/or running shorts. Resists water.

Very valuable very absorbent does not irritate skin very stretchable and very good in size! Very convenient!!

Contain my sons mess and its bad! True to size, wish they were cheaper cause we swim a lot. I put these, and a resuable swim diaper and neoprene on my special needs son cause we want to insure NO accidents. This contains the most tragic of messes so nothing leaks in pool. These on the inside layer mean I don't have to take home the smell. I wash them in the toilet then put in a plastic bag and dispose . Took away one star cause they cost so much.

Work well and fit snug like they're supposed to. Good value for the money, will but again.

These are perfect for my disabled son!

These were too large. Size purchased based on measurements in advertisement for product. Did not use these. Took 1 out of the package. These would not hold feces if the individual accidently pooped while swimming. Amazon refunded full amount. The rest of the bag is being donated to autism up, Rochester, NY in hopes of them fitting someone else.

They worked as expected. It helps to keep the bulk of a bowel movement in them.. and it's better clean up then in a swimsuit.

We have a teenager with special needs who has a weekly swim class with school, so it's good to have a reliable and abundant supply of these items. Shopping locally for a pack at a time can be very expensive. Ordering in bulk and at this price makes it easy and affordable. Great fit, comfortable, does the trick for the pool. No complaints from our child!
