Hwagui Cast Iron Teapot Large Tetsubin Kettle with Stainless Steel Infuser for Loose Leaf Tea 1200ml

Love this little teapot - I bought the enameled cups as well - so pretty and always get comments on it. I use it for loose Earl Grey and fruit teas as I hate that all the big companies like twinings and so on use a plastic based sealent to seal tea bags so wanted a good option for loose tea. The tea tastes perfect and it's super easy to empty loose tea with the infuser so it's very easy and mess free to clean

It's the perfect size for one or two peoples worth of tea. Not too big, not too heavy but heavy enough to be reliably sturdy.The lid does slip a *little* but not enough to spill any liquid. And the spout doesn't leak anything when pouring unlike some I have used in the past. So very very happy with this :D

The tea pot looks great and is very strudy as well. With my initial purchase the plastic ball did not screw on properly, however after a discussion with Hwagui's customer service, they sent me a brand new pot free of charge, which is a beautiful, fully functional product.Very happy.

I really like this teapot.I normally use it by pouring boiling water in it, with either teabags or tea leaves (it comes with its own metal sieve). Once I used it directly on the hob/fire and it worked, although I suppose it's safer to just pour boiling water in it.

Not easy to maintain as it is cast iron

This is well made and sturdy. Should last a long time.

Excellent quality and looks great next to a wood-burning stove.
