Would highly recommend
Great mower with plenty of life in the battery to cut my lawn. folds down easily for storage and is light enough for my wife to use and move. Would highly recommend.

This is a great little mower. So lightweight but still very powerful.
This is a great little mower. So lightweight but still very powerful. The build quality doesn’t seem quite as good as a Bosch, DeWalt or other high end tool. However; for the price I can’t complain with it. Moving from a self propelled Suffolk Punch I am pleased with the manoeuvrability and power of this battery mower. Although it does have a roller, the mower is not heavy enough to get stripes in the lawn. I am also unsure of how long the lightweight blade will last. I suspect that it will get damaged fairly quickly. I have a small (10 x 6 meters) lawn and the batteries lasted for two mows of the lawn and two edgings with a Worx strimmer that uses the same power share batteries. The power check on the batteries and the display on the top of the mower is very useful to check the power level of the batteries. The first mower that was sent had a faulty charger and only charged the dual batteries once. Amazon have replaced it. It would be 5 stars had this inconvenience not occurred.

Initial Impressions Good -Meets Expectations , So Far
Ordered via Amazon Prime and the price I paid was also the cheapest I'd seen. It came well packed , assembly was very easy and intuitive and done within 15 mins w/o the need to refer to the instruction manual. The batteries (x 2 ) needed charging out of the box. My main reason for purchase was to replace a larger and heavier petrol self propelled mower - the WORX Cordless is much lighter and easier to maneuver and i don't have to faff about with petrol cans, pull start cables and throttle adjustments , but the WORX has a narrower cut and a smaller grass collection box vs. my petrol mower so it takes longer to cut the grass. Update after 6months of ownership: Overall still delighted with the purchase after using it most weeks over a 5 month summer/autumn period.. The batteries are fully charged in a couple of hours . We have 3 x small lawns surrounding our property that total approx 300 m2. If I cut with the mower set on TURBO and on the 2nd lowest grass cut setting, It didn't quite manage to cut all my 3 lawns on one charge (probably 50 m2 short) and I had to recharge the batteries to finish the job off . However to be fair, the manf claims to only cut up to 230 m2 on a full charge so it was up to spec. It performed very well as long as i did not let the grass grow too long. I tried to cut the lawn every week and it managed to cut my 3 lawns on a full charge with some charge to spare with the mower set to ECO mode on the 2nd lowest setting. Although it struggled if I left the grass to grow much beyond 1 week and i had to resort to using my more powerful petrol mower on one occasion when i left the grass to grow for over 2weeks when we went on holdiday It is easy and lightweight to fold down and store away into a small space in our shed which was not the case with my petrol mower. In summary , I'm delighted with the performance which has exceeded my expectations so it gets 5 Stars from me. It impreseed me enough to also buy the WORX cordless strimmer which I am also delighted with. 5 years on and i am still using it and it still perform as it did when new. i still have it on the orginal batteries. the only thing i would criticise is that if i leave for 2 week between lawn cuts in the summer , then it struggles to cut our 3 lawns on a full charge.

Light weight for the wife !
My wife and I had a petrol mower for a medium size garden and it was getting more and more difficult to start ! After reading and researching I decided to bite the bullet and buy a worx mower, strimmer and a small shrub shear.. While we have only had the mower a couple of weeks we have now used it three times and it has not been a mistake.. It has taken alot of effort out of cutting the lawn.. Plus points.. We are just able to cut both the front and back gardens.. The mower is a little over 10kg so makes it easy to manoeuvre as we have a lot of borders.. Negative and its not really a issue for us is you do need batteries.. We where lucky in the strimmer came with 2 batteries so we have 4 in total so if the mower does not manage with one set we do have another set to swop over... So as long as we have them all fully charged its a doddle for us !

Great mower!
Very impressive mower. It’s literally halved the time I usually spend mowing my lawn with a corded one. Cut is very sharp and the roller works very well for the stripes! Best value battery mower I’ve come across

Do not buy this mower if your garden is more than 3 sq mtr.
I purchased this mower as the handle/isolator on my corded mower had broken and I couldn’t find a repairer. I tried my son’s Aldi mower and was converted to cordless. After waiting for over 6 months for the Aldi machine to come into stock I researched and decided on Worx WG779E.2 40V 34cm Cordless Lawn Mower, I should have believed the reviews. Petrol-Like Power it is not. The power is awful. The machine struggles to clear the cuttings from the blades and cuts out easily. My first cut was the first dry day of spring and the grass was about 6 to 8 inches. My corded mower would have eaten it up at the second cut position. This mower struggled at the fourth cut position, cutting out when it encountered a clump of long grass and draining the batteries like they were water. Batteries? There are two that last about 40 minutes if they stay cool but drain quickly if they over heat, which they do very easily. Add to that, they won’t charge until they cool down. Cut-to-Edge Design? Nah, that’s another misleading advert. I have two small gardens and this mower will only cut one before needing a charge. The grass box is fitted with a box full indicator that never raised making the function pointless. The box needed emptying when less than half full or the mower cut out. The product is made of flimsy plastic and I can’t see it lasting long plus, the safety key is just that, a key, that if lost makes the machine non-functional. I could go on but I will finish by saying, if I could return this semi-useless piece of, and get my money back I would.

Good, but not good enough.
Coupled with seeing this mower on many top ten lists and it's above average square metre-age, I thought this was the one for us. Unfortunately, after two cuts so far, the biggest downside is the battery life and £70 for another pair (it requires two to run) makes for a more expensive mower. My decision now is between a heavier, more expensive petrol mower or this easy to use, hassle free battery mower which takes at least two fully charged pairs of batteries to complete what the advert said it could do on one pair of batteries. + Lightweight + Nice cut + Quiet - Struggles on slightly long grass - Batteries last 100m² at best - Doesn't collect particularly well

Good all round.
My son put it together so I can't say how that was. I have a large back garden lawn. It is also full of weeds and is not very level in places and a bit damp cos it has rained constantly for weeks and some of the lawn is under dripping trees. It was my first cut this year ( yeah am lazy lol) and was very long but this mower powered through it better than my electric one. It is still fully charged even tho I was mowing for ages. It's great not getting tangled up in cables. My only beef with it is it doesn't edge lawn that is against anything, such as a stone path that is highter than it or a wall. It does if the lawn edge is next to a flower bed. I found it fairly easy to manovere but it is harder in a tight space as it is very long. I think it s a good middle budget lawnmower and the batteries don't take long to charge. Right off to do the front now.

Small cutting width but quiet enough & does what it needs to
Much smaller than I would have expected but does the job. I live in a semi-detached house & the first cut I couldn't get all the way done with one charge of the two batteries because of how thick the grass was. The second time through I got the whole yard done on one charge.
