Oh my goodness so yummy! Not too hot and it has awesome chunks in it which is what I wanted not something ground up. I bought this to mix in with some other ingredients to make a spicy dry chili crisp seasoning but honestly it doesn’t need the added flavor it’s perfect on its own. So good!

I like spicy food, and this does the job. It has just the right heat and has plenty of flavor to go with it. I add it to meat on the grill and to spicy suces to add an extra kick. I buy it regularly, and recommend it highly.

This is a really good spice that replaces red pepper flakes in my house. I like the hatch chili flavor and I like the heat level. I have tried other flavors of this brand of pepper flakes previously and they can get far too hot for me. This is the level of heat that I like! They last long in the cupboard and they stay fresh without spoiling.

I really like the taste and it’s very versatile…jus a tad on the expensive side.

I got this for my fiancé a year or two ago, spent most of his adult life cooking professionally. He absolutely LOVES this pepper blend and uses it in nearly every savory dish. We’re about to finish our second bottle. He had me buy 3 more to give to his family as Christmas gifts. We will probably buy this for as long as it remains for sale. He’s a bit overzealous so it can be a bit spicy but like the taste and the spice level. We love to make our food spicy with seasonings and hot sauce so this is perfect for us.

This is a very good all-around pepper seasoning. You get a faint taste of the green chilies, and a flash of mild heat. The thing I hate about red-pepper flakes is the texture. You get those hard pieces that like to get between your teeth and makes everything crunchy. This product doesn't present that effect, but adds flavor and a touch of heat. I use it on pizza, ramen, eggs, spaghetti, pretty much anything to give it a l'il boost. I just can't wait until their other flavors come back in stock. I've gotta try their Four Pepper Blend and the "I can't feel my face". YUM YMMV.
