What should I do if I feel the product's performance or quality is not meeting my expectations?

We're here to help! If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us. We’re committed to understanding your concerns and providing tailored solutions, whether it's a quick troubleshooting tip, guidance on proper usage, or further support.

The foot massager feels too painful or uncomfortable to use. What can I do?

We recommend wearing socks during use. Socks provide extra layers of cushioning, making the experience more comfortable. Additionally, you can adjust to a lower intensity or mode to better suit your comfort level. Your relaxation is important to us!

What should I do if the product isn’t working or one of the functions is not operating properly?

We’re here to assist you with troubleshooting steps, and if necessary, we’ll help arrange for a repair or replacement. Your satisfaction and the product's performance are our top priorities!

The foot massager seems too noisy while operating. Is this normal?

Excessive noise during operation might be due to aged internal components or damage that occurred during transportation. We’re here to assist you with effortless repair or replacement to ensure your satisfaction and a seamless massage experience.

The foot massager feels heavy and bulky. Why is that?

The sturdy design and weight of our foot massager are intentional to ensure stability and durability during use. We take your feedback seriously and are continuously seeking innovative solutions to meet your needs for a lighter, more compact design.
